I was in the ballpark of knowing what sort of e-bike to get (tech-spec wise), but wanted it within a certain budget range, which was out of scope for my knowledge. Art helped me pick and choose what bike options I had within their inventory. Ultimately I took up on his decision on getting a Mangosteen e-bike. Art's recommendations and advice was the best to understand and good to know. If you end up working with Art, He'd hook you up. Store Pros: A LOT of e-bikes to choose from. They had a much bigger inventory than expected, since from the outside the store looks small. You'll most likely find something you'd like here. Accessories are readily available in-store as well. If you need a new bike lock, helmet, or maintenance parts (brake pads, and other misc. parts), they will be readily available in-store. Store Cons: While the store had a great inventory to look and choose from, it was more on the pricier side. Again, It's subjective per person, but from what I remember from browsing around, most e-bikes in this location start from $1,250+. While there are some affordable e-bikes in this location, the starting price might deter budget-friendly buyers from this location. Due note: the upside to these higher prices is that the bikes come pre-assembled, and labor fees are NOT included when buying the bike. That's a plus in my book. Only one employee may be available at a time. No shade to Art (more than anything go to him before anyone else.). Since there's typically one person on the floor to help customers out, there may be a chance of long wait times if the employee is helping someone else out in the store. If you're an impatient person, this will be a red flag to you. For anyone else that is patient, It's worth the wait. Overall: I'll definitely be coming back to this shop for bike-related maintenance, questions, and possibly buy more bikes in the future if need be. But depending on who you're with, your experience may vary. I can happily vouch for Art, His work and commitment on helping me out has been outstanding.

After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. BEWARE: This business sells dangerously defective products and refuses to stand behind them…read more I purchased a bike from this establishment that literally BROKE IN HALF during a simple 10-mile ride. I was stranded and forced to walk home carrying the broken frame myself. When I contacted the owner and provided proof of the damage, he initially refused to issue a refund and only agreed to have the manufacturer send a replacement after repeated complaints. Unbelievably, the replacement bike ALSO broke in half just a few months later. At that point, instead of taking responsibility for selling two catastrophic failures, the owner told me he had already "given me a free bike" and refused to refund me. Selling one unsafe bike is unacceptable, selling two and then blaming the customer is outrageous. This business clearly does not care about customer safety, product quality, or basic accountability. A bike frame snapping in half is not a minor issue, it is a serious safety hazard that could have caused a major injury or worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this establishment to take their money elsewhere unless they enjoy wasting money on dangerous products and being ignored when something goes wrong.

Not their fault but when I asked what size spokes I needed they told me 193 for front and back... which I immediately knew was wrong. They just threw out a random number at me when I already know drive side and non-drive side on the back wheel and the front wheel are all different size spokes. So I told them no worries I'll go order them and come back so you guys can build them for me and they said okay and again confirmed if they were sure if it was 193... so they were willing to let me go buy the wrong sizes and come back in for them to still not be able to build them lol. This review is ONLY for the customer service we received when we came in to look for an e-bike for…read moremy son. We did not purchase or rent any. I had been doing my research for e-bikes for a couple of weeks now and came across this place. The owner was there working on a bike, he's the one that helped us. He was nice and really trying to help us but I got my first red flag when he didn't speak to us about mileage or asked the distance my son was going to ride the bike. When I asked him what class was this bike he wasn't able to give me a direct answer. But he showed me how fast it could go and it was 30 mph. Again, me needing him to clarify because my son can only get a class 2 but he wouldn't clarify what the bike really was. And I can see why, he just builds them. Also, the bike only had one motor. In a prior e-bike store (with more professional salesmen) we were told only one kid could ride on a one motor e-bike. So I asked him since it only had one motor if only one kid max. This man said yes two kids can ride on a one motor e-bike. I did my research and no, only one kid can ride on a one motor e-bike. False information. Now I can see how if I would have purchased this bike it would have messed up quite fast. I am glad I decided to take a look at other reviews. I kept getting red flags and I'm glad I listened to my gut. Saved myself from a bad experience.
