The employee did not have a bad attitude. In fact, quite the opposite. He stayed calm, professional, and patient the entire time. It's unfortunate when staff are treated poorly simply because someone didn't get their way. I've included a short video for context. This is a phenomenal local bike shop. I've purchased multiple bikes here, and the staff and owner are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This shop does not deserve a one-star review, and I strongly encourage others to support this business.

In general I also need a tune-up. Probably new cables and cable housings. I need a new set of wheels laced up. I keep popping spokes randomly, and this set was built in 2017 at another shop. I'm probably going to ask for Stan's No Tubes Tire Sealant as well as puncture liners for the tires. I won't say what, because it was something unique to my titanium frame, but they fixed that without needing to be told. And I love them for it. Rodney probably wants my bike on his wall as an antique, but I'm still riding it. Lynskey era Litespeed, what can I say? It will never die.
