If me can give 0 stars me would me went and is dirty and messy inside the worker saw and say $45 and say to come 1:00 and me went 1:15 and say is no ready and me wait until 1:34 and when it finish say $92 and had to pay because I use everyday but them should use common sense and call client and tell them is go be more and no wait until is done or tell me because when me went he was still working on it and let me know before he finish work crooked and online say open at 10 but opens 11

This is the guy responsible for giving us unfair prices.

No fair prices, 5$ to borrow tools when while were supervised. We just needed to slant a seat and charging 5 bucks even though we're using the tool and doin the work ourself.

Here's a sample of what this shop can do. Rebuild a wheel? Pshhh, no problem

I've strolled past this little shop many times, back when Bruddah's Hawaiian Foods was next door. PRO TIP: Don't let this shop's humble appearance fool you... Recently, I was referred to this shop by local legend/craftsman Jeff Wolf (Wolf Creative Customs) and I was quite surprised since I had seen the front of the shop many times, but never even thought of stopping in. Fast-forward to this week- I needed a new disc brake hub installed on a rim and Felix was happy to do the job while I waited ...and for a modest price. The quality of his work is at the highest level anywhere and he & Alex are a pleasure to deal with. This refreshing combination of service & excellence is so rare in today's world. Felix's shop deserves all the trust and support it has earned over the years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Felix's Bike Shop in old town Gardena is a good place to get your bike serviced, repaired, refurbished for a reasonable price. I took my Schwinn racer bike from 1989 and hadn't been ridden in over 20 years. He refurbished my bike so that it runs like new, and repair was on time just before my 4th of July bike run w/ new friends who are more athletically inclined. I huffed & puffed up the hills, but I lamely made it to the picnic site to view the fireworks later that night. Highly recommend Felix's Bike Shop. Low key, unpretentious, down to earth service. 4 Yelp stars.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I took my son's bike there to get a tune up because his boy scout troop was doing a bike ride on trails in Palos Verdes. I wanted to make sure his bike was in good condition because some of those hills are steep. When my son came home, he complained about the bike because he had NO BRAKES going downhill. He narrowly avoided a car and catastrophic consequences. Thank God for watching over my boy! A couple of the dads stepped in and adjusted the brakes so that he was safe for the rest of the ride because I didn't go with them that day. When I called, the response that I got was unapologetic. They would not refund me back my money. I was told to bring the bike back in and they would adjust it but that was already done by the dads on the trip so there was no need at this point. I, originally, went to this shop because it got good reviews on Yelp. But, I am deeply disappointed in the quality of work. Again, thank God it wasn't worse. I included a screen shot of the conversation from one of the dads who helped my son so that you can see it for yourself. Their work is NOT trustworthy!!!!!!!

Custom twisted spokes in any color, anodized nipples. Straight fire.

I brought my son's bike in to have the brakes bled. Before going in, I called and was told the cost…read morewould be $120 because they needed to order specific oil. After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding
