Big thanks to Manny Jr. and Manny Sr. My wife loves her purple bike! We will absolutely be back for upgrades.

Go here, if you're near, your bicycle-related needs are in the clear. I was on my way to the Compton Courthouse on my Pure Fix single speed, fixed gear, and the right side handle just - what's the term? - buckled on me. I took care of business first (of course) and then looked around for a bike shop, and there it was, in all its glory - MANNY'S BIKE SHOP - almost under the bridge, where the tarps don't leak, where there aren't any pets, but that spot stays put, and we're grateful for it. There were some choice vehicles in that place, with wrought chrome and white walled tires. Beautiful bicycles everywhere, kind of make a fellow get a little bit excited once again, like a kid you might say. I suppose his name was Manny...he replaced my handle bar, and I sure appreciate that. Now I sit upright, and my back isn't hunched over and my vision is keen again. Thank you Manny!

I was in need of a few upgrades on both my bikes ASAP. I was looking to go for a ride on Sunday, so I came in first thing in the morning Saturday. The shop was open and willing to help me with my bikes. They quickly gave me an estimate and told me that they would be ready in 30 min. Just what I needed it! Came back 30 minutes and sure enough they were ready. Nothing beats a quick and great service! I'll definitely go back to them for any service on my bikes!

The new frame and fork. Great job Manny! Thank you!

Went to Manny's Bike Shop today for the first time. My son ordered a new Fixie frame and fork, and he wanted to swap his old Fixie parts for the new ones. Prior to going to Manny's, we went to another local bike shop that we'd frequented in the past. They told us that it would take 3 weeks to swap the parts because they had 1 job in front of his, and they weren't familiar with the new frame. They also didn't provide a quote but told us they'd call with more information later. Needless to say, my son was frustrated and disappointed. Things didn't sit well with me, so after leaving the bike there and getting home, Googled bike shops near me. Manny's was first on the list with an impressive 4.5 stars! I told my son about it and we immediately retrieve his bike from the first shop and took it to Manny's. In less than 15 minutes, Manny gave us a price along with letting us know that it would be finished today or tomorrow. My son received a call less than 2 hours later telling him that his bike was ready. We are both extremely satisfied with the service and price.

Art was patient with all of our questions, encouraging we pay attention to how the bike felt and giving us his expert feedback. The selection of affordable bikes and the fact that I didn't have to deal with bike racks while still having a full- size fat tire bike was a big deal for me . With so many different bike shops I visited, I wish I had visited Go Ebikes sooner. I am so happy with my purchase and knowing a 1-year warranty backs it up.

After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding
