We grabbed drinks at the bar while we waited. Bartender was quick and personable even in the rush. The Mad Men Old Fashioned and Bay Side Bellini were both perfectly fine. Food was good, not great. The jumbo shrimp appetizer was the standout: fresh, big, well prepared. The crumble cheesecake was solid too. The Kurobuta Tomahawk pork chop was a bit dry and could have used a sauce to go along with it. My Chicken Milanese had nice texture but leaned a little heavy on the vinaigrette. Mashed potatoes on both plates were good. Prices are above average but not unreasonable for waterfront dining. Staff was friendly and professional (tuxedos and everything), and the food came out faster than I expected for how busy it was. Since it was our milestone Anniversary and there was a mention of it on the reservation, there was zero acknowledgement of it when it came time for dessert. That was a bit disappointing when it came to attention to detail. The positive in my review was that the service was satisfactory and from where we were seated the views of San Francisco Bay were spectacular! I know this is a harsh review but it's important to know for the price point, it does not live up to the quality you would expect!
