I initially reached out on Yelp to inquire and was told I needed to call. I lost the spare key fob to my suv but was hesitant to get replacement key fobs after previously getting a quote from the dealership when the other key fob was lost. I had also hoped I would find my spare, which I still haven't! I called and was given a reasonable estimate, I asked if it would be cheaper on a weekday and that I wasn't in rush (hoping to find the spare) and I was told nope, same price. As a lot of services pay extra for weekend services. He gave an estimate of about an hour and called when he arrived. Momo was extremely personable, professional and extremely efficient. The quote is exactly what I paid for. I was in such a relief to have to only pay the quoted price given the bad timing of the holidays! I paid less for their services with two key fobs than one key fob from my dealership!!! My car was unlocked so not sure if that made a difference but he cut keys to key fob, programmed a set of key fobs and I haven't had any issues for the past few days I've driven my car. I would highly recommend! He came to arlington and despite the distance it was affordable and even better, a stress free comfortable and warm experience. He did tell my husband that his vehicle would cost more to get replacement fobs, but it's a luxury European car. Quick response to the Yelp request and hence was chosen. Rekeyed five locks including a front door lock that needs to be replaced now since a part was broken. Should have delayed rekeying it until a decision was made on the lock. Could have been more helpful in identifying a more suitable replacement lock, when a replacement part for the broken portion was not available. Would have preferred to receive more duplicate keys for the four other locks that were re-keyed. Got only 2 keys. Had to go to Home Depot to get additional replacements made. read more

I nearly gave up after having multiple other locksmiths come out and attempt to make and program a key for me, but I decided to give Lulu's a shot after checking them out. Momo would not guarantee that he could do it based on hearing that multiple others failed, but something still made me confident in giving him a shot rather than having my vehicle towed to a dealership. Momo found that I had an aftermarket alarm system installed (which I was completely unaware of) that was causing the programming issue. From there it was smooth sailing and completed a job that was starting to seem impossible. Lulu's and Momo are top tier. Pricing was better than just competitive as well! Very reliable service. Get my key replaced for 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. My key was broken and car stopped to recognize keyfob. They were able to re-program a car to recognize a keyfob, and also programmed extra key fob / cut key. Note: their keyfobs are not expensive and look nice, so instead of purchasing on eBay and guessing if it will work or not, it is better to purchase one from them. Also they had a key cut / programmed for 2020 Hyunai Sonata. Very impressed with a work! read more
