Thank you Mordechai! Very professional and nice! I will be referring your service to others!

upfront competitive pricing, and it was easy to schedule and arrived on-time to unlock/re-key the lock

Locksmith arrived right on time, very professional and got right to work. He answered all my questions, even as I sometimes hovered over him as he worked. He had all the necessary tools, got the job done quickly, and never tried to "upsell" me or attempt to charge me a penny more than the already agreed upon price. My truck was unlocked and ready to go in no time. All around great service, from initial quote to $cashapp payment. Highly recommend Lulu's Mobile Lock and Key! read more

Lulu was fast & price was very reasonable! Highly recommend! Fast & efficient! He didn't up sale me & responded very quick

Great response time immediately after I requested a quote! Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. After comparing a few quotes, their pricing was the best. I received updates on when the technician would arrive, and he showed up exactly on time. The job was completed in under 20 minutes. Excellent service -- highly recommend! read more

I initially reached out on Yelp to inquire and was told I needed to call. I lost the spare key fob to my suv but was hesitant to get replacement key fobs after previously getting a quote from the dealership when the other key fob was lost. I had also hoped I would find my spare, which I still haven't! I called and was given a reasonable estimate, I asked if it would be cheaper on a weekday and that I wasn't in rush (hoping to find the spare) and I was told nope, same price. As a lot of services pay extra for weekend services. He gave an estimate of about an hour and called when he arrived. Momo was extremely personable, professional and extremely efficient. The quote is exactly what I paid for. I was in such a relief to have to only pay the quoted price given the bad timing of the holidays! I paid less for their services with two key fobs than one key fob from my dealership!!! My car was unlocked so not sure if that made a difference but he cut keys to key fob, programmed a set of key fobs and I haven't had any issues for the past few days I've driven my car. I would highly recommend! He came to arlington and despite the distance it was affordable and even better, a stress free comfortable and warm experience. He did tell my husband that his vehicle would cost more to get replacement fobs, but it's a luxury European car. Hire em if you want a friendly, professional customer service experience that's memorable, quick and stress free! I will be recommending them! read more

They made an additional key fob for my vehicle. Very professional and quick service. Fair price. Way better than dealership. Highly recommend!! read more

I so recommend Lulu's. I was told by Mordecai that he would be here between 8-10 am, I told him closer to eight would be better. I received at text around 7:20 stating he was on his way (awesome). He arrived before eight and for eight to work. Long story short, I just didn't lock my key in the car, it was nowhere to be found. He cut me a new key and programmed it all within 10 minutes at least (I spent some time looking for my old key). Very professional, very polite and very punctual and I wasn't price gouged. Call Lulu's, when I first searched yelp for estimates, they responded first (in minutes) and were the best price for a lockout (at the time that is all I thought I needed). Great experience for me. My keys and wallet were stolen from my gym locker. I called Lulu's. They rekeyed my car with a working key fob at the gym. They rekeyed my front door. The prices and wait time were very reasonable. I recommended them to my son and will use them if there is a next time. read more

I purchased my son a 2016 Ford Escape for his 1st car. The problem was it came with only 1 key. I purchased 2 ,3rd party key blank FOB from Amazon the steel needed to be cut and the heads with push buttons programed. It was Sunday. They responded to my inquiry quickly. The locksmith called me and gave me his time window. He arrived at my home on time. He programed and cut the keys for what I believe to be a fair price, especially with him coming to my home. Plus he accepted electronic payments i.e. Zelle. I proudly and confidently recommend Lulu's Mobile Lock & Key! read more

Great service, price, and wonderful people. I highly recommend them. The tech called when he was running late (understandable) to let me know when he would be there. read more

The response time was impressive as they promptly dispatched a locksmith. We agreed on the price, and they successfully gained entry for us. However, it seems that the art of lock picking may have faded away, as the technician had to resort to drilling out the lock, resulting in the need to replace the keyed door knob. Given the situation, if I had a drill handy at that moment, I could have handled it myself. But hey. they did help us and we agreed to the services so I do thank you. read more

Flew out of town and lost my key fob with the car parked in Dallas Love Field Airport parking lot. Two other locksmiths no showed me and no call. I called Lulu's and got an immediate response and immediate quote. We arranged a time to meet at the car and the service was fast and the price was well worth it. Very good service, great customer service. Programmed my son's Mini Cooper - fixed the unlock/locking issue by clearing the codes. Also cut a new trunk key for a small additional fee. Thank you! read more

Quick response to the Yelp request and hence was chosen. Rekeyed five locks including a front door lock that needs to be replaced now since a part was broken. Should have delayed rekeying it until a decision was made on the lock. Could have been more helpful in identifying a more suitable replacement lock, when a replacement part for the broken portion was not available. Would have preferred to receive more duplicate keys for the four other locks that were re-keyed. Got only 2 keys. Had to go to Home Depot to get additional replacements made. read more

Very friendly, fast, reliable service. I told him I had an offer for 2 keys elsewhere and he matched it without asking a question. Best service in town! read more

Super fast and professional. Would recommend to anyone. Helped my grandfather with a new remote for his truck

Lulu's mobile Locksmith was outstanding. Mordechai had to break apart the safe to get inside. He was able to take it to the curb for the trash pickup and swept up all debris and the garage floor. I will refer them to my friends and neighbors. They are dependable Plus!! read more
