Well, some keys had been lost and needed an ignition key cut. I was offsite and I couldn't find the info of the locksmith I have used before, so I actually ended up using the Yelp Projects feature to check out a locksmith I had found and get other quotes. This was the one I first found, I got a message back in a few minutes, we texted info, they gave me an appx. quote, had them call me, gave them the details and went from there. They gave me a two hour window, they showed up on that time frame, then, because of some details I wasn't told about, ended up spending over two hours doing the key. I figured they were probably going to try and charge more money for all the time it took. But, the end result was a working key was made, they charged me $25 LESS than what they quoted because the key was a basic type, and said nothing about all the time they spent. I was getting communication by phone call from the person with the vehicle and by the locksmith on site. On this visit, they did what they said they would do, took extra time to do it right, and charged me less. Pretty much can't get better than that. read more

I so recommend Lulu's. I was told by Mordecai that he would be here between 8-10 am, I told him closer to eight would be better. I received at text around 7:20 stating he was on his way (awesome). He arrived before eight and for eight to work. Long story short, I just didn't lock my key in the car, it was nowhere to be found.
