Very grateful for Raz coming through Clutch no pun intended. I accidentally decided to wash and dry my Key Fob which is a big NO NO. He came and cut and programmed me a new one. Thank you so much! That darn alarm was horrible read more

I never leave bad reviews but I decided to this time because of how rude the customer service was when I called them today. I called to get a quote on car key replacements but the call quality was poor so I had to ask the representative to repeat what he said once or twice. The receptionist was very impatient and questioned my ability to speak English as a language. For example, when I asked for clarification on a quote, he said "if you listened to me and could understand English, I wouldn't need to repeat what I just said." As a native English speaker, this was quite jarring... I was shocked by how rude the service was and will definitely not be giving them my business. read more

Dallas Affordable Locksmith - Raz was quick, professional and not only helped me get my keys out but was able to replace my key battery. 10/10 highly recommend! - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Excellent very affordable service. They came out quickly and installed a new bedroom door lock.

Arriving back to Dallas from a trip, we realized our car key was no longer with us. It was late and we had until early morning to figure it out. Placed an inquiry at around 1am and got a callback within 2 minutes. We set up a meeting time for the morning at the Parking lot and a new key fob was made and programmed for my SUV in about 10 minutes time. Raz was polite, efficient and professional. Very grateful for such a calm resolution to a difficult situation. read more

Raz is awesome! When I first explained the problem we were having (a jammed lock on our front door) and asked him for an estimate, he told me to send him a video. He then called me back and gave me an estimate based on what he could see in the video. The estimate was consistent with what others had quoted, but I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in wanting to see a video before giving me an estimate. He also gave me a 10% discount for being a first-time customer who found him via Yelp. He arrived within an hour as promised and was very communicative, letting me know his ETA once he was on his way. He made quick work of the problem, offered various solutions, and waited patiently while I hunted for a door handle we'd purchased a while ago to see if it would work. Raz is super friendly, polite, and professional. I'd definitely call him again if I have other locksmith needs in the future. read more

Great service from Raz! Very helpful and professional. On-time and he did exactly what he said he would do.

I contacted the service to rekey my car's driver and passenger side door locks to match my new ignition key. Raz offered a reasonable quote and assured me the task was doable. On his visit, he assessed the situation and got to work. Once finished, I inspected and found everything perfectly done. Raz's honesty, promptness, and willingness to work on Christmas Eve impressed me. I highly recommend them for their expertise in rekeying, a skill many other services tend to overlook in favor of just replacing locks. He didn't bait and switch me, on cost. This is now my preferred choice for any lock-related needs. read more

Even though Raz didn't laugh at any of my jokes I appreciate the fact when I called he came in 15 minutes. After that he took 15 minutes to make me a key for my Kia and he was very polite. 10/10 would recommend because 1 they were very affordable. 2 he came very fast. 3 he was very polite and efficient. 4 the price was what they said it was with no hidden fees. 100% RECOMMEND read more

We were locked out of our house on a Friday evening at 9:30pm. We asked for assistance on Yelp. Raz responded within 2 minutes with a quote and a phone number. After I told him about being locked out, he asked for the address and came within 20 minutes! We are so thankful for an after-hours service being available. We had no options given that our cars were in our garage and we had no keys to the house. We would definitely recommend Raz to help you too. read more

We just moved into our new house and I accidentally locked the master bedroom door and we weren't given any keys for it. The locksmith came the same evening, gave me a time he would come and was very prompt! We also requested him to change all the locks on our doors. He did all the work very efficiently and didn't charge us for unlocking the bedroom door since we had so many doors to change. What a stand-up guy! I would highly recommend them! read more

Raz D. is the best for the job. I called several locksmith services and they were rude, overbearing, and evasive with answers to the questions I had. Raz contacted me right away to follow up on my Yelp inquiry, and was out here in about 20 minutes to duplicate keys for me (self service kiosks made bum keys). Raz explained that the type of lock we have on our front door is high enough quality to be difficult to duplicate at a kiosk, and was able to help me out even though I stupidly lost the key between the time he called me and he arrived. He was very friendly and professional, and even managed to find a way to make new keys without having to replace the cylinder. Would absolutely recommend! read more

Raz Was responsive, great customer service and did Quality work. I would highly recommend you use this company.

I called in the evening and Raz answered immediately. He was familiar with the smart lock I needed help with and scheduled a time to come in the morning. He called to keep me apprised of his arrival time, was very polite, and got right to work. He was able to install my lock even though I had lost the proper screws. He sheared off the old ones so they fit perfectly. He worked hard to adjust the existing strike plate, so the lock opens and closes smoothly. Then, he calibrated it, using the app on my phone! Now all I have to do is touch my phone or Apple Watch to open the lock. Raz was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dallas Affordable Locksmith! read more
