Called to see if they can do a key fob for a BMW. The good news is that they actually can, so if I'm desperate enough I'll use them and possibly update my review if they do an amazing job. The bad news is that they will only do it by appointment, claiming they need a special technician who can work on foreign vehicles. I've found dozens of articles and videos showing that a consumer can program their BMW fob in about 5 minutes. They won't sell just the Fob. read more

Excellent Service. One day after moving to the Dallas area, while we are unloading boxes, my 4 year old was playing in the car and had something stuck in the ignition... we did everything we can to try and fish it out, but with not success. used the service 2 days in a row. The 1st night my son locked his keys in the car. After 2 hours of trying to get it out I was very frustrated and out of sheer dumbness I stuck a ziptye in the lock.
