I had employee accidentally take the keys to an IT case to Virginia while in Dallas. I called Dallas Safecracker on Saturday around 4pm requesting them to crack open the case. I was informed no service technicians were available, but they could do it Sunday. They were to call me back with a time. I never received a called, but had stopped looking for alternatives since I found someone that could do it. I called them back at 11am on Sunday to ask when the appointment would be. I was informed that they would not be performing the service since they could not find anybody to do the job. I never received a call and would have never been notified if I had not called them back. Matt the dispatcher said he apologized for not communicating, but an apology leaves me still with a locked case and scrambling on a Sunday. They suggested another company which did not answer when I called and never called me back from my voicemail. I highly recommend if you need work done try to find someone else. They only thing this company has going for them is they answer the phone, but zero service after that. The cost was going to be high roughly 350 to pick a lock, but I told them cost was not an issue and needed it opened at any cost. Now I can see why only 7 people have left reviews prior to this. Have you ever left the house and felt like you forgot something? Then you do one final check and say to yourself, "I am good, I have everything." This recently happened to me and in the end what I forgot was my house key. Considering I am one of those people who keeps it separated from my car key I guess it was bound to happen at some point which is why I usually have a spare key hidden. As fate would have it, that key is currently in another state thanks a recent visitor who mistakenly took it with them. Thankfully, Dallas Safecracker exists for such an occasion. It was after hours and I was unsure who to call so I opened my Yelp app to search. In a matter minutes I had requested a quote from 3 companies and to my surprise two responded promptly with a cost estimate. One requested my info and said they would call shortly. The other one, Dallas Safecracker provided their info along with a contact (Darryl) and requested I call them which I did. Within moments of that call Darryl provided me an estimated arrival time and the deal was sealed. To my surprise, Darryl arrived prior to the ETA he provided (Jimmy John's could not have arrived any faster than Darryl did). After checking identification and completing a form, Darryl proceeded to work on the lock and in a little of no time he completed the task. Needless to say, I am very appreciative of the service provided by Darryl. The fact it was after-hours and he did not have to respond says a lot about he and Dallas Safecracker. In addition to the wide array of lock services offered, they also do security systems, rekeying, etc. While I hope to never be in this situation again it is reassuring to know that Dallas Safecracker is available and will immediately respond to my needs. read more

When I discovered my keypad deAdlock wasn't working after returning home from walking my dog, I panicked. All my possessions were inside. The only thing I had was my Apple Watch. I called my sister and asked her to text me the number of a locksmith near me. When John answered, I was immediately relieved. He was empathetic and asked me detailed questions about the lock. He said he could get to me in ten minutes. Sure enough, John arrived in about ten minutes and had me in the door about ten minutes after that. Jon and Darryl answered quickly and had a quote over to me. I was stuck trying to get into my grandmothers safe for her will and in a bind. They were reasonably priced and quick!
