Giving Neil with Lock Boss 5 stars. I contacted Neil to see if he could program a remote for my vehicle as when I bought it out only came with one. Neil was professional and asked good questions to assess if he could program a remote for my vehicle and allowed me to source the remote key for him to program. Weeks later I contacted him again and we scheduled a time for him to come. Neil is transparent and did not try to hide and details regarding what he would need to do, which included taking a panel of from my dash to access a port for the computer cable. He programmed my vehicle in about 30 mins. Afterwards, he had me test the original remote and the new remote and the new key he cut. Everything worked great and still working days after. I used the automotive locksmith service of Neil at Boss Locksmith yesterday. We needed a new key, as the original was lost. At first, we hired a different locksmith who was not able to program a new key, perhaps because of outdated ewuipment and resources. He still charged us 1/2 of his original quote, which I thought was not fair, as it should only have been for a plain service call. Then came Neil from Boss Locksmith who came within 30 min. He was able to properly rectify the problem and provide us with a brand new efficiently programmed key.
