John was right on time and went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the process as well as to carry out the work needed. Specifically, we had two keys from the Lexus dealership that were cut to match the ignition as the only remaining key we have is missing. Five Stars! The Key Guy crushed this! I knew immediately upon closing my door that I made the boneheaded move of throwing the lock first and leaving my keys inside on the counter. It was 7:30pm and thankfully the weather outside was nice. I called one locksmith, who shall remain nameless, and they said they would call me right back. I gave them 30 mins or so but nope--no call back. Then I hit up The Key Guy and "The Master" answered. Said he could be there in 45 mins. Got there in 40. He got my door open in less than 10 minutes with absolutely no damage to my door, the frame or the lock set and it was just as professional of a job as you could ever expect to get!
