Fast, efficient, very honest and very knowledgeable. My old door lock stopped working with the key. I tried taking if apart but only succeeded in making a mess. They sent out a very skilled, very nice locksmith who fixed the lock and kept the old keys working. He saved me from having to buy a new lock or most likely, a completely new door.
