Fast, efficient, very honest and very knowledgeable. My old door lock stopped working with the key. I tried taking if apart but only succeeded in making a mess. They sent out a very skilled, very nice locksmith who fixed the lock and kept the old keys working. He saved me from having to buy a new lock or most likely, a completely new door. Fifth Locksmith I've used in three years. . . by far the best. Timely, professional, reasonably priced. I recently installed intelligent locks on my house. I did not do my research regarding the who, what, where, or how. The first two locksmiths I had to my home (by recommendation) had no idea what they were doing, rushed me into decisions regarding quick fixes, and were trying to upsell me. Best Locksmith quoted me a price and stuck to it. Lastly, the technician was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only locksmith I will use or refer to moving forward. Lastly-lastly. . . .I did not feel like Best Locksmith was adding on the "Gay-Tax," Yes. . . . . more often than not technician's come into a home, see two guys living there. . . and the price goes up exponentially. . . trust me; it's a thing. 5 stars! I'm in the process of moving to Texas from out-of-state and had planned to rekey my house as one of the first things on my to-do list. I had an appointment with another company for a 3-hour time slot from 1-4 pm to rekey my house and see if they could install high-security Mul T Locks. Well, they ended up being a no-show. So I called Ben around 5 pm to see if there was any way he could help me out. Long story short: he came through in a big way! Ben exceeded all of my expectations. He showed up within an hour. He was able to rekey the house to Mul T Locks without needing to do an on-site inspection that the other company was asking for. And he explained to me everything he was doing and his recommendations for adding deadbolts to certain doors, and was super quick in getting all of the locks installed. He really is a pro at what he does! I hope this doesn't get lost among the hundreds of other 5-star reviews, but if you read this Ben - THANK YOU!
