Lulu's Mobile Lock and Key - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me

Very reliable service. Get my key replaced for 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. My key was broken and car stopped to recognize keyfob. They were able to re-program a car to recognize a keyfob, and also programmed extra key fob / cut key. Note: their keyfobs are not expensive and look nice, so instead of purchasing on eBay and guessing if it will work or not, it is better to purchase one from them. Also they had a key cut / programmed for 2020 Hyunai Sonata. Very impressed with a work! read more

I have used Lulu's Mobile Lock and Key service twice and have received quick and friendly service. I will continue to use in the future!

I've called the service twice -- once to replace a lock and the other was for a lockout service.. and both times they were at my house in less than 15 minutes... Their prices are fair and they are very good. I will use them again.. read more

I had a lock situation that turned out to be a really easy fix. I sent pictures and solicited estimates from several locksmiths. Lulu's told me how to fix it myself and saved me a lot of money. This company will get my business from now on. Highly recommend! read more

Efficient, professional service. Good communication and very knowledgeable. Would recommend and will use again.

They were very responsive. They said because I was local I wouldn't get charged for them coming out. I was in need of a new key for a 2015 car. At first he said the price would be around 240 if I were to pay directly through Zelle or cash app (and other services). He said there would only be an extra tax charge if I payed with card though afterwards he charged me $270 + even though I used Zelle. I regret not having somewhere else there with me or calling around for more options. I had been priced for lesser charges but I was in a rush and decided to go through with it. read more

Lost my keys and called them on last minute and were able to arrive to me at a timely manner. Had my key ready and car going in no time. Definitely will be using in the future read more

The service was excellent and the work was completed quickly. The price that was quoted was exactly what I paid.

If you're reading this and looking to find a locksmith.. don't bother looking anywhere else. I nearly gave up after having multiple other locksmiths come out and attempt to make and program a key for me, but I decided to give Lulu's a shot after checking them out. Momo would not guarantee that he could do it based on hearing that multiple others failed, but something still made me confident in giving him a shot rather than having my vehicle towed to a dealership. Momo found that I had an aftermarket alarm system installed (which I was completely unaware of) that was causing the programming issue. From there it was smooth sailing and completed a job that was starting to seem impossible. Lulu's and Momo are top tier. Pricing was better than just competitive as well! Extremely worth it! read more

This was beyond my expectations of the services. The value of this company it just overall amazing. Everyone was sweet kind and great customer service skills. They came out to me. Thoroughly communicated during the process. It took less than 30 minutes of the time and also helped me in a worse case scenario. Extremely affordable and I am really glad that I found this company. 10/10 definitely recommend. read more

Called to request service (unlocking my car with keys locked inside) but did not receive a call back. Unsuccessful at reaching anyone.

Long story, but I'll shorten it for you. My foster dog figured out how to unlock the door earlier this week and bolted (she was found safe). My sister and ex replaced my door knob situation. Today: I tried to unlock my door and it wouldn't budge. I ran to Yelp to find a locksmith and the first to respond to my quote request was Lulu's Mobile Lock & Key. Y'all, Moti and his business partner came out in the FREEZING cold to determine that my foster dog LOCKED THE TOP SLIDING LOCK with her big fluffy paws. So we marched, single file, to the back door where after a lot of trial and error, Moti got me in the house! He and the business partner replaced my locks, charged me a reasonable fee for their amazing service, and wished me a happy Hanukkah. If I'm ever in the unfortunate position to be locked out of anywhere, Lulu's Mobile Lock & Key will be my first and only call. read more

Christmas Day and this business saved the day. They were quick and responsive and very professional. I didn't love the fact that I had to hire a locksmith today but I'm thankful for Lulu's and how easy they were to talk to and work with. They even offered to make me a spare key right there in my driveway. I had no idea locksmiths were able to do that via mobile service. Highly recommend this business and will be sure to reach out to them next time I need a professional locksmith. read more

I found out my 2010 audi's emergency key would not work. I have a 2nd keyfob (always have a spare key) that had an uncut key. I called a rival firm on yelp and they told me that the key would cost $500 to cut that key!! Then when I said no thanks, they called back and price dropped to $400 through an "authorized manager's discount". Lulu's was $150 to drive to my home and cut my key and was kind enough to cut a second key to put on the key ring of the keyfob with the incorrect emergency key. They came out promptly and it took little time to make the keys and then demonstrated to me that both emergency keys would open my vehicle's door and trunk. The technician was highly professional. Recommended. read more
