I initially reached out on Yelp to inquire and was told I needed to call. I lost the spare key fob to my suv but was hesitant to get replacement key fobs after previously getting a quote from the dealership when the other key fob was lost. I had also hoped I would find my spare, which I still haven't! I called and was given a reasonable estimate, I asked if it would be cheaper on a weekday and that I wasn't in rush (hoping to find the spare) and I was told nope, same price. As a lot of services pay extra for weekend services. He gave an estimate of about an hour and called when he arrived. Momo was extremely personable, professional and extremely efficient. The quote is exactly what I paid for. I was in such a relief to have to only pay the quoted price given the bad timing of the holidays! I paid less for their services with two key fobs than one key fob from my dealership!!! My car was unlocked so not sure if that made a difference but he cut keys to key fob, programmed a set of key fobs and I haven't had any issues for the past few days I've driven my car. I would highly recommend! He came to arlington and despite the distance it was affordable and even better, a stress free comfortable and warm experience. He did tell my husband that his vehicle would cost more to get replacement fobs, but it's a luxury European car. Hire em if you want a friendly, professional customer service experience that's memorable, quick and stress free! I will be recommending them! read more

I had 2 fobs for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis that were not working after I put in new batteries. The car has been sitting and not driven for a year. I thought the fobs needed to be programmed and called Lulu's. Momo came out and recharged the car battery and said that the fobs worked fine. Such a relief! Then I needed the fob on the 2009 Azera programmed and mentioned that I also would like a duplicate key and fob for it too. Just like that, Momo came up with it and I now have 2 working keys and fobs for the Azera. Then he noticed that the fob was not opening the trunk which has been a problem all along as the internal release inside the car has not been responding. The trunk could only be opened manually using a manual key which was annoying. Momo checked the trunk lid and then opened the glove compartment. Inside apparently, there was a release for the trunk which he pressed and, miracle of miracles, the trunk release button on the fobs worked! Momo solved all my problems with the cars' fobs and he worked quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost! I strongly recommend his skills as a locksmith dealing with my fob issues. read more

I reached out to Lulu's for a new key fob and physical key for my Mazda. They provided a fair quote and arrived on time. The key fob they initially had was not OEM, which caused a warning message to appear on my dashboard. However, they assured me they would order an OEM key and come back to resolve the issue. Typically, this would end with a frustrated customer, still dealing with the warning message, but Lulu's went above and beyond. As soon as the new key arrived, they contacted me, scheduled a time, and arrived right on time. In just 10 minutes, I had a fully functional, OEM key fob with no warning message. When I offered to return the non-OEM key, they told me to keep it. I also asked about any additional charges for the second visit, and they informed me I owed nothing. This kind of customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend Lulu's! read more

I needed a replacement car key with remote and after doing a little online searching found Lulu's. I submitted a request for quote online and within 10 minutes had already heard back with a quote. I had been reaching out to some other businesses as well, but their quotes far exceeded what Lulu's provided. Lulu's was able to work around my schedule and be out the next afternoon. Mordechai texted me when he was an hour out and then got to work as soon as he arrived. He was courteous and very quick. Within 30 minutes I had my key and everything was programmed and ready to go. I give them 5 stars and fully recommend working with them. I hope I don't need locksmith services in the future, but if I do, I know exactly who I will call. read more

I recently had Lulu's Mobile Lock and Key rekey our entire house, and I couldn't be happier with their service! Lulu was incredibly responsive and scheduled our appointment promptly, arriving exactly when promised. She was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled, completing the rekeying quickly and efficiently. She even took the time to check each lock thoroughly to make sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Pricing was very fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. Lulu made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, giving us peace of mind about our home's security. Highly recommend Lulu's Mobile Lock and Key for anyone needing locksmith services--absolutely 5-star service! read more

After the whole night trying to get a locksmith to come to our house to open my son's car trunk because he accidentally left the car key inside, the next day I call Lulu's and got a tech to call me back within 10 minutes. He then proceeds to let us know that he will be at our house between 30 to 45 minutes. When he got here, and exam the car, he gave us a quote, that was quite reasonable; he was able to get the door open and made a new key for us within 20 minutes! I am totally impressed with Momo, our technician. I highly recommend him and his company! I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate what he did. Thank you Momo read more

I had an amazing experience! I called Lulu's in the evening to get a quote to replace my Subaru's keyfob which has never worked. The process to get a quote was very simple, and they offered to have someone come out to me (in Dallas) the next day. Moti came to replace my keyfob -- he was so nice and really funny. :) He was finished with half an hour of his arrival and the entire process was very easy. No upselling at all. I paid $220 for the replacement fob (which also included a new key being cut). Thank you!!!!!!! read more

Very happy with his services, highly recommend, would not hesitate to call him again if I need a locksmith in the future. read more

I looked around at options for getting a new key for my older model LandRover and came across Lulu's after a couple of other options that either couldn't actually perform the service or if they could, they were as expensive as the dealership. Lulu's was responsive to my request. Momo showed up on time and made my new key very quickly...and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend Lulu's for any key related service you are looking for. read more

Ali, the technician, did the job professionally and quickly. The key looks OEM and works as expected. The cost is much cheaper that anywhere I looked for, such as trucks outside Walmart, Costco, etc. I have no problem calling them if I ever lost the cat key again. read more
