What a super friendly and helpful set of sales associates/ educators this location has! I went in to do my trade-in exchange and the associate was so patient about it. I was able to receive credit for 16 scubas! The merchandising was well done and organized. The store is much smaller compared to the ones in South Coast Plaza or Irvine. But parking was easily found in the garage and it was pleasant to browse around. The next time I am in need of doing another exchange, I will be sure to come here. read more

TOTALLY impressed with the friendly service here and the EASE in returning a bag of items I got as gifts!! I also returned two leggings that I personally bought at the Outlet, without a receipt and decided they didn't work for me. They all had tags on but ABSOLUTELY NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I've been here a few times and this location always has friendly employees. I always have employees to try help me or try their best to resolve any issues. I will say this location is a little smaller so it doesn't have as much selection as a bigger store but the employees are always more than willing to help order something to your mailing address. I love this athletic wear brand; but I've visited this store a few times- I agree with the rest of these reviews, not the most welcoming or most helpful educators here. (Example: I tried to ask about my new leggings that started pilling, and they shut me down real quick saying that was the nature of the material- ouch) Also, since it's a more upscale store, there's a certain vibe- so if you're dressed a little relaxed, they don't greet you at the door - ouch. But hey, at least I wasn't followed around this store like the Costa Mesa location. The harsh realities about being a POC... I purchased some stuff a while ago but the straps broke. I was in contact with Lulu online for the LONGEST time with a lot of back and forth via their virtual assistant and emails. Nothing happened. They kept telling me to respond to the emails because a case had already been established, and even though I was, I wouldn't hear back. I told Morgan my story and she immediately issued a refund. How awesome was that! Then she offered to show me some similar articles of clothing in terms of feel that have lasted better. :) read more

I stopped in Lululemon to pick up a pair of ultra tight see-through yoga pants to show off my hard cycling butt... Just kidding. I didn't get the see-through ones--that costs extra. This guy I know told me Lululemon has great men's dress long sleeve shirts that are comfortable for all day and all activity wear so while I was walking by I stopped in to ask about this. The very knowledgeable sales woman took me right over to them and I tried on a white one in my size in the fitting room and it fit incredible. These long-sleeve collared dress shirts are skin tight and allow a man to show off their pectorals like no other shirt ever. The arms also fit skin tight eliminating that floppy extra material that slows your arm down while writing, typing or using a computer mouse. They have a stretch fabric so the shirt moves with you. They are about $100 each. Now these shirts claim that have anti-bacterial, anti-stink something in them so you can smell fresh all day and night--and maybe a few more days and nights. They may even be self-cleaning like an oven. I didn't really need another dress shirt right now--I have so many--like 30+ and summer is coming, but I was tempted. If it was $50 I would have bit--I could not turn it down. But I will be back in the fall if we return to the office again and have another look. Or if I see it on sale. read more

I've been to quite a few Lululemon locations in the past couple weeks with my daughter who is a professional cheerleader getting ready for training this weekend and this store is by far the BEST! We went in to this location this evening and were greeted as soon as we walked in by Jonah who was at the register. Jonah was such a bright and cheerful spirit and has amazing customer service! The 3 ladies in the store were also just as great and I wish I could have got all their names. The system went down when we went up to pay and not once did Jonah or the girl with the gorgeous ring ever get annoyed and found another way to check us out in a timely manner. The workers here are useless. I've been here on 2 separate occasions, in which both times I was ignored. My first time, I came in to make a return. I went straight to the line, stood there for about 5 minutes before someone said "are you ready?" There were 2 associates talking amongst themselves the whole time to my right. I thought they were clients the entire time. I said to myself, no way are they employees when I'm standing here waiting to get helped. But sure enough, they were. Second time I went in, I wasn't greeted. I went to look at hoodies, as I'm finding the size I need, I see an employee in the corner of my eye that wasn't expecting to see me. She jumped and quickly went back around the other way. HILARIOUS. I don't know why these people get retail jobs if they hate to ask people if they need help. I got the hoodie I needed and went to the register where there was an employee organizing hangers, I stood there for a minute before she offered to ring me up. Staff here is super friendly and made our experience so wonderful! Needed to do an exchange but I didn't have my receipt, luckily the employee here was really nice and was able to do the exchange no problem. :) She initiated the exchange and then handed it over to another employee to finish so she could ring up other customers. While employee #2 was helping me finish the exchange, my boyfriend who was with me noted the cute shopping bags they give out when you make a purchase. He asked if they give that out as shopping bags (he's never shopped at Lulu) and I told him yes and he thought it was so cool and said that they look like really nice quality. And then employee #2 goes, "Do you want one?" and we were like :O and my boyfriend said hell yeah! I was like "that's so nice of you!!!" to her and then she asked if I wanted one too!! Was here to get leggings hemmed with my daughter (already purchased) and they had a huge line for access to women's trying room. Waited a good while and then asked Sara the attendant that I am dealing with a health condition (said specifically which one) and that it caused significant fatigue. I asked if there was any way to use the men's trying room which was right across and totally empty. She gave a very cold response about how they were busy and I could just sit down. "We're doing our best and I am going to be fair to everyone!" I think it was the words but more importantly the unkind, dismissive tone. Not everyone is dealing with serious health issues when they come in which are like a disability at the moment , and maybe a little more compassion would be nice for people who take the risk of revealing something personal because they have to. Lululemon in Long Beach? FINALLY! This is literally my favorite clothing store and boy am I glad it is so much closer to me now even though that means I'll probably be spending too much there haha! It is conveniently placed right next to the parking garage that has 90 minutes of free parking and after that, you can get validation from any of the places you went in this shopping mall. All staff are wearing masks and customers must wear one as well. They are socially distancing customers so sometimes there might be a line outside. All employees are super nice and not breathing down your neck to buy something. Their fitting rooms are open and the best part, you can get any clothing item hemmed for free! If there is a line to get in, you can just head to the front of the line and give your clothing to them as long as you know the measurements you want it to be hemmed at and pick them up as well. They are also pretty fast for getting your items hemmed, for example, my leggings were ready to be picked up 3 days later. I love this store and have no problem coming back time and time again. read more

I absolutely love this place! I have had the best customer service here! Both Jonnah and Allie were amazing and helped me find the perfect pair of pants and bra. I brought in a pair of aligns I had purchased a while back and wore down to the max. They offered to exchange them for me for a new pair since they were pretty bad. It wouldn't represent the company well. I own at least 10 paid of align pants and wear them for work, workouts and even going out. I've had many of my pants stitched in the past but for them to replace them and another I brought in was really going above and beyond!!! The staff are always friendly and down to earth every time I go, the reason I gave 2 rating is because I went to exchange a hoodie I bought the day before for a bigger size and was helped, but the staff that was helping me insisted that the correct size that I wanted had a stain so she would just go to the back and get a different hoodie but she just scratched the stain off and acted like it was new when ringing up the exchange. I seen that stained hoodie the day before and intentionally didn't pick it up so when I get home after and realize there is a light mark where the stain was, I was really disappointed at the service. I have bought again from this lulu for Christmas time but I don't think this type of experience/service should go un-noted as a customer. read more

My star rating is based on the staff and them allowing dogs in to the store. My wife loves the Sweaters. I think they're a little overpriced but happy wife happy life. My gripe is they allow dogs into the store. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against dogs. I just do not want to buy a brand new sweater that has dog hair from a dog rubbing against it. In the staff are very helpful either. You have to almost fight to the knell to get your size. And if you have to try something on be prepared to wait. Maybe they should consider a no animal policy some people are allergic. read more

They have an awesome selection of sizes, styles and colors for men and women. It's a good size store. Unfortunately they only have 3 dressing rooms but they run everything very well with a waitlist on weekends and work to move everyone along without anyone feeling rushed. The dressing room attendant today was Kelly and she was SO upbeat and helpful. She answered questions I had about different styles and grabbed me different sizes quickly. Yes the clothes are expensive but they are quality and last forever. Plus you can turn old items in for a (small) credit to use toward future purchases. One of my preferred lulu stores for sure. read more

Store manager is extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that after all the money i spent between multiple visits i still have to experience racially charged microaggression. The very tall brunette store manager made me feel extremely unwelcome during multiple visits. The first time she kept coming into my fitting room while i was trying to find a matching set. By the third time i went i to the store to make a purchase she acted as though she had never assisted me before after assisting me multiple times in the store within the past month. Which leads me to believe she was never actually helping me just more so trying to monitor my actions in the store as if she needed to be sure i wasnt stealing. This last visit she was practically shewing me out of the store as combed the sale rack after picking out a full price piece of merchandise to match the bra and leggings i bought 2 weeks ago.
