I placed an online order and, true to their word, it was ready for pick-up within 3 hours. I picked up my order on Sunday, 10/19, around noon. The staff working that shift was excellent! Unfortunately, I did not ask for any names, but their hospitality contributed to my enjoyable shopping experience at this location. I bought two jackets of the same kind but different sizes. I tried both sizes before leaving, and neither fit well. Fortunately, another size was available that was much better. I made a return and a purchase. The experience was seamless. The staff member was kind and understanding. They did not make a fuss about the return. I appreciated it! I'm excited to wear my new jacket! Parking was plentiful, and Sundays may no longer be free. It was no problem, I was able to get in and out. I highly recommend this location! The store is well-maintained, shelves are stocked, and the staff are excellent! P.S. They had a 60% off sale during my visit! What was initially priced at around $130 cost me around $70. read more

Relatively small store, but very organized and employees are courteous. I can peruse the entire store in like 15 minutes. If you see something online they don't have in the store, they will order it and have it delivered. Fitting rooms were open and available. Just ask the staff. Store doesn't appear busy enough to have a dedicated attendant. read more

This has to be my favorite Levi's outlet store. Not only because it's closer to me than the others, but because the workers here are SUPER NICE! They are very welcoming as soon as you step in. They inform you about the deals and sales going in. And they help you with sizing and even recommending certain items. It may not be as big as the other outlet stores, but they have a pretty great amount of items. I ALWAYS leave with something when coming in here. read more

I have been to a lot of different Levi's outlet store and this is by far my favorite. It was my first time here I went around 1:30ish to 2 and the staff greeted you right away and I wish I had gotten their names by the girl on the floor took her time showing me and explaining the pant materials. I was bummed out because I really want some ribcage jeans but they didn't have my size and she look it up for me online and was able to order it and price match to the deals they had going in the store. I was really impressed with the customer service here today. I ordered a couple of items online on Black Friday and came here to pick up my order. I noticed that there was a bigger sale in-store than online and I was bummed out that I saw the same items I bought online go for much less in-store. When I explained my situation, the cashier allowed me to return my items and repurchased them at the new in-store discount. Because of this, I saved $30 more. I'm glad I came in-store instead of shipping and that just proves the benefits of shopping in-person. read more

I didn't even know we had a Levi's outlet store at the pike, until now I'd been driving out all the way to the citadel outlets for my discounted Levi's but no more! The prices are exactly the same as the store at the citadel although this is a sized down version of that store. The store itself was very clean and the employees were nice and welcoming. It seemed rather empty however but this was not a bad ting for me because it meant no waiting in line. Their jean selection was perfect for me and I was able to find two pairs of Levis 541 jeans that are just the right fit for me. I will be coming back here often in hopes of picking up an assortment of jeans that i have had fade over the past year or so. They also had pretty much every style Levi's you can imagine so if you're looking for a different fit, I'm sure they have it at a very low price. read more

My husband needed his usually pair so we walked in, were immediately greeted and pointed in the right direction for the style he was looking for, and found them. They were having a decent deal at the time of buy one get one 50% off, and the buy one price was cheaper than we expected, so it was a pleasant surprise at checkout. They were out of his size in one of the colors but not a huge deal, as there was other selection too. Friendly staff and decent deal, can't complain. read more

I luv the clothes but not the service ... so I ended up getting fully charged on a transaction. Despite their special, I had to come back and luckily enough the supervisor recognize me and honored the transaction. They were charging full price. So, points for her, but not her staff. That same day, I ordered an item online through them. The staff member must have put the wrong size. That's what I got through mail. So, I had to come back and return / exchange it. Another staff member, instead of offering some type of compensation. He just tells me, I can only exchange it. I'm like, that's fine, then does the transaction and gives me the wrong pants (the ones I got through the mail) again. I look at him in disbelief, I'm like, those are the wrong pants. He looks at them and realizes they are the wrongs one. However, no apology or offer or discount. I'm coming from west LA. Last time I come here. I visited the Levi's store at The Pike yesterday and was not expecting to walk out with an item I've been wanting for quite some time for less than 1/2 the price ! Wow! What a pleasant visit! Around 5:30pm my sister, teenage daughter and myself entered the store and was greeted by all staff members as we passed each. All of them were wearing mask and in compliance with Covid guidelines, so we're starting off with all positives! I had called and spoke to Juan prior to going because I was looking for a particular item (black 720 Jeans in a plus size). The staff were all soooooo accomdating. I feel like they ALL went far beyond in assisting me in what I was looking for. I'm sorry I didn't get my salesperson or manager's names but these two ladies were awesome as well as Juan! This is a dream team working together. My request were all over the place and ALL 3 remained calm and professional in helping me, and all of my needs were met. Customer Service at it's best! Keep up the Exceptional Work! I will be returning to this location soon! One thing, Corporate please get them some better registers and equipment in that location. The system sucked and they handled it with smiling faces, I would have been very annoyed. I was a 911 dispatcher for over 25 years and I know how difficult it is to work with a dated systems. I usually HATE buying pants but the staff here makes it so easy! Dani and Aaron were so wildly helpful. Dani was able to correctly tell me my jean size (it's usually half the battle for me to figure that out), and then lead me directly to the styles of jeans I was describing. I was able to find what I wanted so fast! Then Aaron was able to help arrange for another store to deliver the color of jeans I wanted to my house (no delivery fee or anything) and they were at my door 2 days later. OMG finally a Levi's outlet in downtown Long Beach! I love Levi's and they can be a bit expensive but the store always has great deals! This store has great customer service. Everyone here is so polite as soon as you walk in. And they're attentive throughout your visit. What I truly appreciated was their knowledge in jeans and taking their time to figure out what their customers want! They showed me different types of jeans and recommended certain styles.
