Jason is the MAN!!!! I went in on a Saturday looking to get a pair of hats customized with print. He was able to help with a logo and a saying on both. The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce. Glad to make some new friends down in Long Beach. I've been coming here every year for work. My first impression of the shop during the first couple of years was that they were always closed when I stopped by. But after getting a hold of Bruce over the phone, he was quick to answer my questions and let me know their closing time. I ended up hanging out in the shop for a good hour, and he even recommended some great spots to check out if you're looking for something to eat. So I needed some tshirts to celebrate my mom for her birthday 7/7. I had one guy in mind but his communication was wack and then my niece referred me to a guy name Bruce corner of Anaheim St and Molina is all she told me. I went in LB Supply Co. and Bruce wasn't in but I had his number so I hit him up and told him my idea and sent him my example within a day he had a mock up to show me what it would look like. I needed a logo added to some workout towels and LB Supply was extremely professional and responsive. My picture file of the logo wasn't the best quality but Bruce took the time to do some editing for me to make sure the quality of the logo looked good on the towels. Due to covid you'll be helped at the door. A guy with glasses helped me out. Asked if this shop sold kid pro clubs? He stated they only sell Pro 5's. Which is fine with me. Then I asked to see a Large. He goes "You want me to grab anything else so I don't walk back and forth?" Kind of annoyed by now with his statement so I'm like um sure let me see a medium and large. Ended up choosing a Large and I asked what colors do they carry? He stated he would have to go check. Ten seconds later he started naming colors. I got irritated with his demeanor and just choose 4 colors and requested two of each. Paid cash and left. Really felt like I was being an inconvenience. Maybe he was having an off day? I checked out The Long Beach Clothing Co. and Long Beach Certified stores prior to finding One Stop LB. Even though their websites and hours posted on their doors indicated they should have been 'open' at the time of my visit on Sunday both doors were locked, lights off, no one home... Since I'm from out of town and was on a mission to get an LBC t-shirt as a special request gift for a family member I thought I'd try one last store before returning empty handed. Luckily I found One Stop LB through my YELP app and was very pleased that someone actually answered the phone to confirm they were open for business. Once inside the store I could see it was very organized and that they had a wide selection of merchandise. What made this experience worth the review was Jason's genuine interest in making sure that I was a satisfied, which I thoroughly was, and which is why I highly recommend them over the other guys. read more
