minus one star. i placed an order in full on april 26, 2024 and still waiting for my order. this business does not answer their phone. this business does not respond to emails. my next step is to contact the better business bureau and report this fly by night operation. i am starting to believe my payment for product was to keep this operation in business, however sour it is. third world country operation at its worst. Update*** This business is not listed on the BBB which is a clear indication to take matters into your own hands. Stay away! Do not think about ordering online with this sham. Ordered a 2XL LBC Old English Jersey retailed at $43.59 & paid $6.79 (appx $50) for shipping on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2017 @9am. I was charged for that amount the very next day... 2 WHOLE WEEKS later on Wednesday, March 8th I got an e-mail about the item still being on back order and "expected to ship sometime next week..." there was no communication from LB Certified in between that time frame at all. No e-mails, no texts, nothing. There was NO disclaimer on the website of the item being Out-Of-Stock (otherwise I would have chosen another item) and the only way to check your order is by signing up for an email list. I do a lot of online shopping and this was by far one of the most poor experiences I've ever had. Needless to say I will never be buying anything from them ever again. read more

These guys must be laundering money, because I have no idea how you can keep a business with inconsistent business hours. You can come mid afternoon and find them closed, & don't even think about trying to stop by close to opening or before closing because it'll be closed. I would order online, but failing a simple business practice to just be open during posted hours, there's no way I'd trust these people to correctly fill an online order. I stumbled upon this place by accident the first time I went. I actually have been planning to find this place for some time because I love Long beach items. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. They have a great selection in the store but I just recently went on their website and saw more goodies I will be ordering soon. I'm an addict to stickers so it's a go to place for my stickers fix too. The parking is a bit of bitch but it's worth it. I'm very happy with my custom order shirts. read more

The family here will greet you right when you walk through the front door The clothes are 100% great have no problems no size problems. Don't be a cheap ass think this place has everything call them because it's worth either the wait to come to the store or ordering from there online store. I am soo upset, I flew all the way from MN and finally got to hit up this store on Sunday. They say they are open from 12 - 4:30pm. Long Beach Certified is my go to place for screen printing shirts and custom stickers. I use them a few times a year. I usually ask for rush service, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they knock it out of the park. They have even made some suggestions on art work that have made the projects quite a bit better. I placed an order online for a gift. The order was placed Sunday night, and set up for store pick up. I was thinking they would get it Monday and I would be good to pick it up by the latest on Tuesday. Monday I heard nothing. I called the store Tuesday and was informed it would be fulfilled Wednesday. I heard nothing Wednesday. I went into the store and was told that the sweater was in fact not even screen printed yet, and come back Thursday as it may be done then. I didn't have the time just come back and forth and I needed the sweater that week, so I asked if I could pick out something else from whatever was in stock. The sizes were limited and I picked a sweater that was cheaper and not in the color I wanted. I was offered no price adjustment for the cheaper sweater, but I was already annoyed with the process so I wanted to leave with something and get the transaction over with. I took the sweater home and washed it so the wearer didn't get a billion fuzzies from the fleece everywhere. I washed the sweater SEVERAL times and the lint from the sweater was insurmountable. I'm not being dramatic, but I was overwhelmed by the amount of lint generated. I still cannot wash the sweater with other clothes because everything comes out covered in lint. If I knew that they keep very little stock on hand, and whatever I ordered would have to be made, I would have never placed the order. Also the store is usually never opened during the operating hours posted online. Each time I called to make sure if the store was open, and I was informed the hours were only from 12-4 which is not suitable for someone who has a job, or a life of any sort. I am very disappointed because I love the apparel online and being a Long Beach resident, born and raised, I was looking forward to having a place I could go to for unique Long Beach gear. This obviously is not the place. All in all I am just not happy with my experience. read more
