I've gotten most of my Gorjana pieces at this location (now I also visit the new Cerritos location…read morewhich is closer to me). Although further, this location is so conveniently situated at the 2nd and PCH plaza which has kids activities during the summer and some good restaurants we frequent. So it never feels like I'm just traveling further for the store. Anyway, for the store itself, I've gotten several 14k gold pieces and they're very dainty and delicate which I like. I accidentally broke one of my bracelets but it was very easy to replace and when it wasn't available in store, it was shipped to my home pretty quickly. For the non fine jewelry there are a lot of options. One downside for me is that I can't wear the earrings. I asked before if they're nickel free but I wasn't really given a straight answer so I just don't buy the earrings out of fear that it won't work out for me. I have bought gold earrings and they're great. Service has been friendly and helpful for me. Because it's such a family friendly plaza with events specially geared towards kids, I've walked in with my two kids several times before. Sometimes kids and jewelry stores just don't go together lol but I've always felt welcomed with my kiddos here (and yes, I'm extra mindful that they not grab or drop pieces). I can't layer it with any other gold plated jewelry from other jewelry stores because the coloring from gorjana is far too yellow. Definitely think twice about purchasing any gold plated pieces from here and make sure it fits the color palette you are personally going for. Apparently the unusual coloring is intentional--customer support has told me that the jewelry is designed with a "bright yellow gold tone. This is part of the gorjana aesthetic and gives the piece a vibrant, eye-catching finish. Because of this, it may appear more yellow compared to solid gold or other gold-plated pieces when layered."

The staff member was kind and understanding. They did not make a fuss about the return. I appreciated it! I'm excited to wear my new jacket! Parking was plentiful, and Sundays may no longer be free.
