Burnout is this great shop on 2nd Street offering a really unique selection of clothing and other items designed to take your wardrobe up to that really unique place. This is a country western themed store. Walking in you are immediately going to hear country western music playing over the sound system, making shopping here a lot of fun! What they offer is primarily geared towards the female clientele. Mostly, they have some really unique piece of clothing for women. This being said, they also offer a vast selection of vintage T-shirts. So, men have a reason to drop in there, as well, to find that really unique T-shirt from that time gone past. Plus, they also have a great selection of baseball caps. Each, expressing a really unique and very descriptive sediment. The staff here are all super nice. My package was lost in transit, and when I reached out to the boutique for assistance, they told me they were not responsible once the package left their possession and directed me to UPS. I opened a UPS claim, but UPS ultimately advised me that additional documentation was required from the sender and that I, as the recipient, could not move the claim forward. I asked the boutique for help multiple times, but they declined. After being unable to receive either my order or assistance with the UPS claim, I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to recover my money. This was my personal experience shopping with this business. I do not recommend ordering online because of this. read more

I've walked into this store a couple of times and have had the same experience. The owner has been the one working and she either doesn't greet you, seems like she doesn't want to be there , or if you ask her a question it seems as if you're bothering her. I was hoping to walk in when someone else was working since people have mentioned having a positive experience with them. The first few times I gave her the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe she was just having a bad day. However after going in several times it seems as if though this is how she carries herself on a daily basis. It's a shame because she does sell some cute stuff. I should've paid more attention to who I was buying from. A few years ago I was sold a shirt that was way too small for me. They don't offer returns, and their customer service emails are non-responsive. A few years later I kept seeing their ads creep up on me not remembering who I was buying from. I received an email stating one of the items I purchased was out of stock. Which of course it was the item that led me to make the rest of my purchase. And girl math, I have to spend enough for free shipping. Upon finding out that the item I originally shopped their page for and purchased was refunded, I begged in multiple emails to cancel the order. The emails are returned to you as if they were never received. Not sure what that's about. I have blocked them on social media so their ads don't target me again. As I tried to look up their page to review them it looks like they're actually repeat offenders of this same type of issue. At least that's what Ai says. For a second I thought I was crazy, but I have 2/2 times had a horrible experience with this nonresponsive company. Policy is one thing, but there is NO excuse for not communicating properly with your customers. Also, maybe try not selling items that are out of stock without giving your buyers options. read more

Cute concept of the store, country/ rock n roll. Business owner Kara seems like she doesn't wanna be there. There is no greetings when you walk in or any acknowledgment that you're shopping around. They seem friendly on their instagram page but total opposite in person. Service and attitude def needs major improvement. All band shirts are very expensive anywhere from $90-$250+. They are vintage shirts that have so much wear and tear for that price is insane. 2nd Street Thrift Store a few blocks down is a must if you're looking for used streetwear/ band T-shirt and much more! read more

I drove all the way from Riverside to Burnout and I'm so glad that I did! This is literally the best vintage clothing store I have been to. Most vintage stores claim to be "vintage" but they sell shirts I saw at Hot Topic last year. Burnout has true authentic vintage! So many awesome vintage Harley Davidson and band tees. My husband and I walked into the store as the only customers. Unfortunately, the person behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us--no smile, no greeting, nothing. It was as if we weren't even there. I made a comment, saying, 'What a shame not to be acknowledged,' and was met with a dismissive side-eye.
