The two women working inside couldn't be bothered to say hello until we were half way in the store, happy to take items into a dressing room for you, but won't ask how things are or if they can help with an appropriate size, shop for items that could fit you, tell you about brands or even make eye contact... ect.... They were too busy gossiping. Bathing suit options for a larger chest are there but not well constructed. Overall I miss the swim ware store that was there before where they had well known brands and very helpful staff who helped me find something that fit. Beyond underwhelmed. read more

I lived in Belmont Shore for over 30 years, always intimidated by this store, thought it might be too pricy and sizes too small for me... Finally walked in today, Sunday, 9/25 around noonish, met by the 2 nicest sales ladies and with such pleasantry and without a hint of judgment, helped me find sizes 14 to 16. I always thought they only sell sizes 0 to 2... When I could not find the style I liked, both ladies happily pointed me to the brand name online and encouraged me to find a swimsuit there! This place is hands down one of the best stores I have gone to in a long time. I met KC & Savannah about a week ago and these girls were extremely sweet. I told them what I was looking for and KC began to walk me around the store, pulled about 10 bathing suits and set me up in a fitting room. Every single bathing suit I tried on was beautiful. I instantly fell in love with the first one though and had to stop trying on the rest. The girls complimented me on every pc I tried on and I knew the compliments were genuine. They made me feel like a million bucks!!! Unfortunately, my family and I were hit with some sad news that night and I called Savannah and she was so understanding of the situation. I called ahead of time because I knew I was looking for something specific, the girl on the phone was very helpful and polite. When I went to the store both girls were very kind and despite me being on the phone the entire time I was in the store set up a dressing room for me and made sure to communicate with me that if I needed anything they would assist me. I had been having a hard time finding a bathing suit that was supportive, cute but slightly conservative, and would hold up to outdoor activities. What a great "go to" swimwear boutique. It is so hard to buy swimwear these days and this boutique has the best staff & brands! I was able to try on multiple styles & figure out what actually works for me & MY body. Their friendly sales employees were so helpful & knew all the ins & outs of the brands they carry & which one's would best work for me. They have diverse styles and colors of suits. If you like a certain print, they have them in several styles and go up to DD in tops! Cameron was very helpful in helping me find a style I really liked that was supportive and flattering for me. Took my girlfriend bikini shopping. Found a bikini that was $168. As I was paying while my girlfriend was changing i surprised her and paid for it. They asked me to sign her up for the rewards program and so I did. As soon as I was handed my receipt my girlfriend comes out and tells me she already has a rewards program. I was oh let's just add it to her original account. I was told no cause the sale was final after 6 seconds. REALLY! Just add the rewards from this purchase to the original account? I was told again. No sorry sales final. Wow talk about Inflexible. Sadly that left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be back. Had the owner been there I am pretty sure this would not have been the outcome. Seems there needs to be more training for the super young staff. I hope owner hears this. I would have liked for the staff to have said, have you shopped here before, if so let's see if there is an account already. I was giving a gift so of course I don't have a bikini account.
