They don't just order from the manufacturer they have their own warehouse inventory and use a dedicated delivery and assembly team. The delivery crew was equally awesome. While building the equipment they talked about workout tips, showed all the features of the equipment, and went over preventative maintenance tips. Finally I did speak to someone, who conveyed the problem up the chain, and the owner himself reached out to me. He apologized for the mistake and any ensuing confusion. Apparently my email address had been misspelled! He graciously extended the warranty for no added charge and threw in a lovely mat for under the unit. He called me twice to make sure the delivery from across the country went smoothly. As to the unit itself, I couldn't be happier.
