Split nails, bubble and what lols like frayed nails below your nail bed are the signs. I stayed out of salons for 4 months total. Once I was seated, my nail tips were partially applied, and then I was left waiting for about 10 minutes while the technician finished working on another client. At the end of the appointment, I asked for her name to confirm, and it was indeed someone else. At no point did any of the three employees who checked me in mention that I would not be seeing the technician I had scheduled with or ask if I was okay with the change. Unfortunately, my nails did not turn out as I had hoped. The technician did try her best, and I don't fault her for that, but I specifically chose this salon and booked with Kim because I wanted her work. I ended up paying for a full set from someone I never agreed to book with, and I believe customers should always be informed if their scheduled technician has changed before the service begins.
