Almost always my go to to get in quickly for my wye brows wax. It is a bit hidden so make sure your don't over look it. The salon was very neat, clean and also a lot of room for "parties". I called and they were able to get me an appointment at my desired date/time. I arrived and showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and did a great job re-creating the look! I wanted something fun/different for vacation. She also made the nail shape perfect! I will admit, the interior is a bit lackluster but I would rather my nails look great and have proper cleanliness than the boutique being fully renovated/modern. I booked this location last minute after another local nail spot didn't have openings OR the ability to do SNS....unsure how that business model works butttt ANYWHOOOO In the end, Awesome all around spot- I'm glad I ended up here. It's inside a small shopping area in the back corner, but parking is plentiful! Color options are ABOUND, so are options for foils and designs! So many types of pink dip powders I was losing my mind and had to ask the ladies for some help picking out the right hues for my vision. Ann did a perfect job on my nails, she took her time, and even took 2 hours to ensure I was happy with the final result. Professional, clean, large open space. Once the dip powder went on- I realized one of the colors I had picked was too similar to the one next to it, we quickly and gracefully changed course and I didn't feel like a diva for letting her know. He did my pedicure, although just their Express Pedicure package still very great and relaxing! Worth every penny. He also did my acrylic nails. I've been getting acrylic for a decade now so I know what I like. I was very picky with the shape, thickness and length of my nails. He was so accommodating and did every adjustment and gave me great insight on my nails. I let him pick my polish color and I am not disappointed! Earlier today I went there and it was so bad I was actually excited about going back after the first time but the staff members were really rude they didn't let me take my time to figure out which color I want.. and when I ask them questions they don't answer me properly!! I'm really upset about it because the first time I went it was very worth it but now I regret even going back!!!! I went this place because I was in that area and the lady asked me if I made an appointment and I told her I am not and wanted to know if they take walk in then she said okay and she gave me a spot and after a while she started to do my my leg. After about 10 minutes she started to trim my nail and immediately she cut my nail deep and started to bleed really hard. I was shocked and see her but she just act like a child she keep saying oops, oh again and again I was so mad. She just washed me with water again and again till it stopped no bandaged or alcohol. Thus far I've been promptly accommodated as a walk-in, sealed sanitized tools have been used each time, meticulous detail was given to ensure beautifully polished nails with each technician I've seen, all in a truly relaxing atmosphere, so much so that I didn't even realize my massage chair wasn't on until after my pedicure! What also bumps this place up above the rest, soda/bottle water was offered at each visit, they have matching OPI gel polish to regular polish - for those like me who get gel on their nails with a regular pedi & such fair pricing, they even have a children's mani/pedi for $28. We walked in at about 10:15, and the three of us were able to get our nails done and one eyebrow wax as walk-ins. Again, it is very nice inside. they have a autoclave and opened the sterile pack in front of me. Apparently new owners for about 6 months. I got a black and silver gel mani which turned out amazing! At first we were going to do a French on all of my nails (silver on black and visa versa) but the regular polish wasn't staying on the top coat of the gel. They took the extra time to take it off and figure out to do gel tips without giving it a hard "bump" at the end. plus, the little hand massage at the end is awesome. My friend had a great wax experience and they look great! We plan to do this as regulars every 2-3 weeks. read more

I was so fed up I decided not to get a manicure, I asked him to file a couple nails instead. This is what happens when my nail guy is too busy to see me =( I have to venture off to another salon and end up with bad experience. My friend and I were in a deep need of a pedi and didnt know if we wanted a mani or not. We called ahead around 5:30 and asked if they were taking walkins or did we have to make an appointment and they said that if we come now, we will be taken care of. Arrived to the salon at 5:45 and waited until 6:10 to be seen (which was not bad).. btw, they close at 7 on Saturdays. So anyways, we were both seated next to eachother but the pedi chairs were sooooo far apart from one another that we had to yell to talk so we ended up having to text (so not a good idea if you want some girl powwow time). I originally wanted the express pedi and my nail tech suggested I get the spa pedi that comes with extra time for massage (she was the one that mentioned the extra time) so I went ahead and gave her the go since I did need some deep massaging and exfoliation. When she started my pedi, it was close to 6:20 and I was already in the mani chair by 6:50 (yes, I keep a close eye on the clock since I am spoiled at my regular spot). My pedi experience here was not the best, everything was rushed and I was scared to even breathe during the cuticle removal process. She was snipping away at my skin at such a fast pace that I felt she was going really close to my flesh. The paint job was 50/50 and I was not impressed. As she was polishing, she kept going over and over and over spots which ended up making the polish very dry and tacky so in other words, very clumpy. At one point there was a HUGE piece of cotton thread that was hanging off of my big toe that she kept polishing over, I had to mention and point it out to her after she said i was done, when she pulled it, it took most of the polish off with it and she just blantly polished another clear coat over. I had no words after that. My mani experience was also the same, felt super rushed and the paint job was horrible. I choose a light purple color and when I was done, it looks like a super sheer light white. My nails are not completely covered with polished but my skin was, she then filed my nails super crooked, and she looked completely angry or focused the ENTIRE process.
