I was immediately impressed with how clean the store was, and how well he keeps and obviously really cares for the reptiles for sale. As my bestie was looking at the reptiles, she pointed out the cutest baby zero beardie. I immediately fell in love, especially after the owner let me hold her. I was thinking about adopting another one in the coming months, but I had to bring this one home! A couple of days later I went back to adopt her. Nova is the sweetest new addition to our family! I went for the otter experience and it was truly worth every penny. The online booking process was seamless as was check-in. I had a private room with two otters and their caretaker. The otters were rambunctious but it made for such a fun and memorable visit. You could tell that they're very loved and well cared for. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very kind to the animals. I would highly recommend this business to other animals lovers who are seeking a unique experience.

We learned a ton about the owls and got to interact with them up close- as well as getting some epic pictures! The outdoor play area was really great for kids and I can't wait to come back with my grandkids. I was totally overwhelmed by the variety of animals they had- totally unexpected for a fairly small operation. We interacted with other employees as well including Captain Brian and Ron(?) who gave us a wonderful tour of several areas and animals. I have read some bad reviews here about enclosure sizes- of course we would all love to see these creatures running free in the wild, but many (most?) of these animals are injured and cannot survive in the wild. Others (Diego) have had their enclosure size limited (prescribed) by veterinarians to minimize additional strains on their injuries. I was especially moved by the way every employee I saw interacted with each animal. They respected them, spoke to each animal by name, and showed genuine love and affection for every creature there. I think if I could recommend an improvement, it would be more signage. There were several cages that weren't labeled, or didn't have a backstory listed. I definitely would like more information! Overall, I would definitely support this business and I will be back! I highly recommend you check this gem out too.

I have 4 dogs with all different kinds of issues and allergies to food. Its been extremely challenging finding the food that doesn't bother them all and I can free feed them from the same dishes without worry. Fortunately I found the right brand (Origen if you haven't gotten them on this brand, then do it soon - its worth the high price tag for dry food-seriously no joke) They sell it at basic retail price - probably lower than you will find without going on the interwebs..so that comfort to your wallet. They have all of the Lupine collars, harnesses and leashes - another brand if you haven't caught on to ... you are what they call "behind the times" in the doggie world. Great selection of (expensive) toys from all the top brands and lots of selections on treats ( especially those that don't bother their bellies - and are low in calories) As far as the service goes - I noticed the sort of standoff-ish mean high school girl stares, ,,,from high school girls ..but was met with with much more pleasant service from another staff member that checked me out and made sure I knew about the frequent buyers program that oriijen does ( Fromm and some other good pet food companies do it) I was impressed as I was going to ask her about it first, and they will actually keep your receipts there as proof of purchase so you dont have to snip and save the barcode UPCs on the bags.. After 12 bags you get a free one. I know I've totally thrown out tons of these! So that was a nice touch that will have me coming back.
