Love this pet store!…read more I wish I had known about them sooner. I usually go to Petco or Petsmart to get pellets for my parrot, which I'm not a huge fan of. I did a search one day trying to find another pet store nearby, and Mayo's came up. I gave it a shot, as it was only 7 min drive from my home. What an awesome pet store! The guy at the counter is so nice and friendly. We got to chatting about his two beautiful birds (Baby and Breeze). Baby is such a character--I almost burst out laughing when she started kissing her own reflection in her little mirror. Can't wait to run out of food for my parrot again. lol

I asked if the dogs ever go outside and the employee changed the subject on me. had a small room off the side of the cage area for the dogs to run around. Thank god the store was shut down last time i went there. Please anyone who is looking for a dog please adopt or go to reputable breeder.

MILLBURY, MA PetSmart Grooming Salon This review is only for…read moreEmily M. I want to warn other dog parents to stay clear of her at all costs. Caylee, Sadie, and Danielle (No longer there she opened her own grooming salon) are fabulous. Caylee does a beautiful job on our standard poodle. Sadie and Danielle groomed our late toy poodle. We were always thrilled! Caylee had to cancel our appointment, so we booked Emily because the man that called recommended her. We bring our dog to be groomed every month, so when Emily made the snotty comment that she was a mess when we dropped her off yesterday, I KNEW that she wasn't very good. I mean for goodness sakes, we bring her more often than most people. Were you trying to cover up that you do a terrible job? Caylee never makes rude comments and makes her look like a beautiful princess. Emily hacked her. She shaved her tail without permission. It looks like a RAT'S long shaved tail!! I have never seen anything so terrible. Emily, how dare you! You should be ashamed of yourself. If you had called I would have told you that we would come and get her and don't you dare shave her tail! Yes, we will go back when Caylee can groom our little girl again. I would leave a picture, but I won't embarrass my little girl. She knows she looks ridiculous. I can't believe we paid $150.00 to be devastated. I hope my warning helps other sweet dogs from this horrendous experience. I've been to other locations before, but I was thrilled when the Sudbury store opened. Although I typically prefer online shopping to find the best deals, this store keeps bringing me back because of its unbeatable prices and great service. On my most recent visit, I saved nearly $200! My dog's food, which normally costs $89, was heavily marked down--a rare find--so I couldn't resist grabbing more than one bag while it was on sale. I often bring my puppy along, and the staff is always friendly, personable, and makes us feel welcome. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the deals are fantastic. While I wish there was an online shopping option instead of just in-person or third-party delivery services, the savings and great in-store experience more than make up for it. If you're looking for amazing deals on pet products, I highly recommend stopping by Pet Supplies Plus in Sudbury. It's truly worth the visit!

The owner Brian is amazing - I have been going there a while, as I have an older cat and he's very sensitive to certain foods. He generously gave us a can of cat food for NO charge, as he felt badly if the cat didn't like it. What a great guy! This is the beauty of a wonderfully owned small business in a local neighborhood. Stay away from Petco and the larger chains - they will never give you the customer service and kindness of this wonderful little neighborhood gem.
