I have had him evaluated by a veterinarian, who has officially diagnosed him with trauma. He is now on prescription medication for depression and anxiety to help him cope with the aftermath of his experience at your spa. Monkey is very anxious and fearful about getting groomed but because of her breed, she really requires it about every eight weeks or so. Brenda was very understanding of Monkey's needs when I first called her and offered to schedule the appointment first thing in the morning when the shop is quiet. She adjusts her technique to help Monkey feel more comfortable (i.e. trimming one nail at a time in between doing other things so that M. won't become too fearful as she hates having her feet touched). Monkey always looks so adorable after her grooming sessions and I cannot recommend Brenda highly enough!
