We've had excellent experiences w our 2 pups and w our kitty at Flying Fur. They are extremely…read morerespectful and caring w the animals. Our Maine Coon kitty had been very ill and developed matted fur and knots bec she couldn't wash herself properly. I called and explained the situation and Van met us at the shop. He was so gentle and successfully removed all the mats. She was more relaxed when we left because the pain of the mats was gone. Our pups were happy to be bathed and trimmed and have their nails cut. They felt like a million bucks. They have passed on and we just adopted a rescue pup and will be going to Flying Fur with her. I can't say enough good things about all of the groomers and staff. We highly recommend Flying Fur

My dog is a healthy, little multi poo and he refused saying my dog was too old for him to do the haircut. I told him his age when I was making the appointment with him and he didn't say anything about it. I'm glad that it happened this way because after reading the reviews of this place, it would break my heart if they harmed my little one. Also, check out their reviews on Google- they are negative.

So then I found Clip and Dip!!!! the owner and her girls are so sweet and caring, and they are always attentive to my somewhat over-protective needs with my Old Man Max. Max is 10 years old, and has some health issues, is my first dog, and ive only had him for about a year - so it makes me a bit nervous to take him to groomers. They always take amazing care of him and do their best with my requests, even his medicated shampoos

It is obvious that each and every employee sincerely cares about all of the dogs and truly enjoys working with them. They even go above and beyond to make the dogs and parents happy: - At Halloween they sent our dog home with a pumpkin cut-out with our dogs picture on it - At Thanksgiving they sent our dog home with a paw-print turkey to hang on the fridge - For Christmas our dog got a treat bag and an ornament made with his paw-print In particular, Matt has really shined. He not only makes sure we know everything that goes on with our dog but it's obvious in the way that he interacts with our dog that they truly have bonded. Matt is an extremely warm person. We couldn't ask for more than that with someone who is taking care of our furry family member. A++ for A Diamond in the Ruff

He has snapped, growled, and shook nervously with previous groomers and stylists, but with Jasmine she has such an amazing way with animals with her calm demeanor and kindness and does an AMAZING job grooming our pet!!! We are also picky about the cut too since our pom has sensitive areas, and his places where he has to be super sanitary. She remembers all our requests and never fails to amaze us with her awesome job!!! Best part was he used to hate going to places like this literally shaking of fear, but everytime I pick him up after his cut with Jasmine he's always super happy running around, getting hugged, and playing around with the staff and other dogs (almost like he doesn't want to go home)!!! This to me is soo priceless!!! So after picking up our pom today with an amazing cut! I had a chance to chat with the staff and she was also very, very kind, and loved our pet (and explaining how well he behaved), and also very knowledgeable about the treats they offered in the shop! Overall experience 10/10, highly recommend this personalized, high customer service, knowledgeable pet boutique to everyone!!!
