I live in Nashua and Marco is so accommodating he takes us at his home. I won't go to anyone else because Marco always makes a time for us, is quick, thorough and Izzy always comes back gorgeous. Called the store, the rep said she will call the groomer and call me back. 20 mins pass by- nothing. Called the store again and told her I've been expecting a call. - no apology no sense of urgency. She responded with "I will give your number to the groomer, he will call you to come in for a later time" What? I left my work early for this and came home. Again, no apology, no explanation. Extremely poor and non responsive customer experience.
