He LOVES going to this place. He starts going crazy in the car when he realizes we've pulled into the parking lot of the plaza where they're located. Bruno and the staff are able to handle my little hellion's shenanigans and have even been trying to teach him some new tricks. They also trim his nails while he's at daycare. My parents also started bringing their shih tzu for grooming here. They've been doing an excellent job with the cuts and he hasn't been freakin out like he used with his previous groomer.

Called the store, the rep said she will call the groomer and call me back. 20 mins pass by- nothing. Called the store again and told her I've been expecting a call. - no apology no sense of urgency. She responded with "I will give your number to the groomer, he will call you to come in for a later time" What? I left my work early for this and came home. Again, no apology, no explanation. Extremely poor and non responsive customer experience.

My sweet pup Freddie is a sensitive little guy who takes a while to warm up to other people, and the Doggy Daycare staff have been absolute angels with him. They truly go the extra mile, even giving Freddie one-on-one time until he got more comfortable with them. I trust them with Freddie implicitly, and he's always ecstatic to get out of the car and into daycare in the morning, which I never thought I'd be able to say. I couldn't be more grateful, and neither could Freddie! (For anyone with COVID-19 concerns, they are taking all the precautions--wearing masks, social distancing, etc. They have each owner wait in their car and call the front office for drop-off to avoid any gatherings.) All in all, a wonderful service, I can't recommend them enough!
