First time in and it is really nice: the Beloved Goldendoodle goes to swim therapy across the street, and this morning we were early and had 20 minutes to spare. Unfortunately, it was 87 degrees at 9:30 am, so sitting outside wasn't an option so I was happy to see that Pet Supplies Plus opens at 9am! I was hoping to find a spikey ball, and they had one! My dog loves it, it isn't too heavy on the floor when it bounces and the spikes must feel nice when he obsessively mouths the ball. A really nice girl named Carrie was at the register and signed me up for their rewards club, and we were off with the spikey ball and one other (a dog can never have too many). Lots of parking in the plaza, and easy in/out as well!! read more

I rescued 2 Jack Russells just over a year ago and PSP has been my savior. I walked in the day before pick up and one of the employees helped me pick out everything I needed to bring 2 dogs home. I have gotten excellent customer service every time I have walked in since. I bring the 2 girls in monthly for grooming. Nails. Teeth. Baths. We love Zoe. She absolutely loves my dogs and takes great care of them. Lisa at check out is a total doll. She always has treats for my pups and is always willing to give me advice on new products or help me find something in the store. I just love love love everyone who works here. read more

I like to frequent these places over others due to them being a smaller business chain. However here are the issues I have with all of the locations including this one. The staff at these places is mediocre and not very helpful and their inventory is poor. I went to buy dry dog food here and they are always out of the kind I want, the staff is clueless as to when it is coming in and the shelves are not stocked and the place just cannot compete with the larger chains like Petco or Petsmart when it comes to the stuff I need. Plus in comparison to those other chains staff, these places must hire the leftover no offense), because from the counter staff to the staff in the store, they are mostly lost. I think I may stick to the larger chains. read more

The lazy checkout clerk charged me for 8 cans of dog food when they had a promotion that said buy three cans, get one free. I just checked my receipt. Our Shih Tzu looks so good today, thanks to a wonderful appointment with Emily! He couldn't look better! Patricia, who has been our groomer in the past, and Emily who did today's grooming, both show a lot of care and patience with our generally cooperative but still somewhat reluctant one year old pup. They groom the dogs one at a time so that your dog doesn't have to spend the whole day at the groomer--two hours and they're done! We're very happy with using Pet Supplies Plus Natick for our grooming and highly recommend them. read more

A friend and I came into the store to check out the fish and perhaps buy a treat for her pet bunny. We accidentally knocked over a small plastic toy that was not even over 2 inches tall. Obviously we picked it up and put it back on the shelf. The lady at the front absolutely went off on us for "hiding" what we had done when we were just simply picking things up. I didn't come into the shop to deal with rude salesperson. This isn't the only occasion I have had to deal with a rude salesperson at this establishment. Once I had asked a simple question about their dog grooming service and the worker had an awfully moody tone and attitude. If i'm looking to be harassed and insulted, I will definitely come back here again. read more

I was very pleased to have 10% taken off the Open Farm food I bought. It was also good they that had the 22 lb bag in stock when I needed it. I used the curbside service which turned out to be very helpful. The young woman who brought the heavy bag out did so in pouring rain but was really good humored about it. Horrible experience today at the self grooming station. Ran out of towels. Ran out of hot water. Broken tethers for the dogs and when we asked the man working, he told us they just didn't have any- voice laden with attitude. The floors were filthy- we actually had to clean the floors ourselves so our dogs wet feet wouldn't get disgusting. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

Manager Jason... awesome. The bathing stations at this store, are clean, and very usable. He, Jason, with my wash card for my dog Jack, let me in early so I could get him clean, and to work with time to spare. Other PSP, refused on the previous day... saying they stop washes an hour before, Billerica, and another 30 minutes before and said that policy was a corporate policy... odd that they did not confer with each other. They are kind and helpful in store but don't follow up. I put in an order and waited 2 weeks with no response. When I called, they didn't know why it hadn't come in. They weren't able to get the dog food in for me. Their prices are quite high but they match prices so I look everything up on the internet and pay those prices. read more
