I've been taking my cat here for many years. When new owners purchased I stayed on and so glad I…read moredid. Not sure about previous comments of not answering phone. Never an issue for me.They've been great. My cat was difficult during exams and nail trims. They were so kind and able to make the visit less traumatic. When my cat became ill a few weeks ago, they helped me through my heartbreaking decision to have her put down. Compassionate and supportive staff. I highly recommend them!

This vet was adequate from 2021-2023, but were recently purchased by a corporate outfit and I do…read morenot recommend using them. Since the corporate entity took over, they have not been able to receive phone calls or change their voice mail... for 6 months!! My cat gets prescriptions that keep him alive, so about a week before we run out, I try calling, shocked to still hear a message saying they'll be out of office in October. After emails, texts, calls, and Facebook messages, I finally get through with about a day to spare, and they barely get my prescription in on time before a weekend, the new years holiday, etc. After the third time going through this, I started seeking other vets, but needed one last script before the new vet would take over. I finally got through and spoke with the vet who agreed to the final prescription, but said I needed to get the cat an annual physical (typical corporate attitude/ get the client to pay as much as possible before doing the necessary service). When I arrived to pick up the pills, there was no communication or intentional miscommunication between the desk and the vet, so they tried to rope me into an immediate appointment, which I turned down, and they asked why. Reluctantly, I told them that I'm switching vets and was just here to pickup. The situation escalated, tho, and the desk said I'd need to speak with the office manager, who was confrontational. Among other things, the manager said they couldn't update the phone system because it hadn't been approved by the corporate headquarters. I was so disappointed in this vet's services. Firstly, they should have sent an email to clients stating that the office had been purchased, there were staff changes, and the phones were broken, but there was nothing of the sort. Who wants to deal with new personnel you've never even heard of or been introduced to? Very unprofessional. On top of which, the staff was rude, the manager was confrontational, they repeatedly tried to price gouge me on appointments and pills, I couldn't get them on the phone for 6 months, communication is nil, and so on. Generally I'd say that the corporate atmosphere is incompatible with doing a good job here.
