I called them to ask some questions and they were really friendly and took their time answering all of my concerns. I brought my dog to them the morning of and they sensed my hesitation leaving her there for so long. They invited me behind the counter where I could see where she would be kept when not being groomed. They also have a fenced in area in the back where they let them out to use the bathroom. I was very pleased with how she looked and smelled! She smelled fresh but not overpowering and they cut her exactly how I had asked. They let me know she had went out 2 times to use the bathroom and that she was welcome back anytime. Charges are very reasonable, in fact it was $10 cheaper than our usual place. They accept cash or check only and they informed me of this when they called to tell me that she was ready. Why 4 stars? While everything was great and they did a wonderful job I just wasn't totally wow'd over. They take am interest in the dogs and I trust them with my dog.
