We have an alarm system that gives us a time stamp of when she comes and goes, and she always arrives within her window and stays for the set time we paid for. She does things like wipe muddy dog paws, which is something our last walker at a different company didn't do. -Dog walking prices are cheaper than all competitors in the area -We had a slight snafu with the dog walker at first, and Leashrly staff stepped up and made it right -Amazing, super user-friendly online payment and scheduling system. We will be using Leashrly for overnight pet setting soon. So far, Leashrly set up a meet and greet with the pet sitter at their home so we could see the environment and feel comfortable. Our last dog walking/pet sitting company didn't do this.

The…read moreonline scheduling is incredibly easy, and it's nice not to have to worry about your primary walker's vacation schedule or sick time. Vacations are always communicated in advance and you are offered the opportunity to meet anyone new who is coming into your home beforehand if time allows, or at least warned that someone new is coming if it's unexpected. Be aware that walkers sometimes bring their children along with them. For me, this is a bonus, I'm happy with the additional interaction, but it still surprised me the first time. We have had a couple of issues here and there but the client coordinator, Ann Marie, has always been very responsive, both during the week and on weekends when needed. One thing I wish I'd known earlier is that you can update a notes section on the website with information about your pup, which is where any substitute dog walkers will look for pertinent information. Our main walker, Jessica, pointed this out to me and helped me determine what would be useful to put here.

The smell hits you as soon as you walk in -- like a mix of urine, mildew, and who knows what else. The floors were visibly dirty, and there was fur and grime everywhere.They use this rubber roofing material that has rips and bunched up causing employees and dogs to trip and get hurt . Outside play areas are so small and crammed with play structures that the dogs have no room to play so they're just stress barking and other stress related behavior .Before a new interview comes in with a new dog they spray the inside w deodorizer to mask the terrible smell of dog pee Worse, I actually saw mice running along the walls in the play area. Not one -- two. That is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that's supposed to care for our pets. My dog came home smelling awful and clearly stressed. I honestly regret ever stepping foot in this place, and I would never recommend it to anyone who actually cares about their dog's health and safety. Do yourself and your pup a favor: avoid this place at all costs.

Have been going to Tracey and the Grooming Post since we had our first dog over 30 something years…read moreago. Tracey and the girls there are amazing. They treat every dog like there own and have the best personalities. I had the calmest poodle, a very rude/mean Terror dog whom they loved beyond measure and now the most loving and affectionate Goldendoodle whom they adore and each one has left them looking and smelling gorgeous! We love the Grooming Post!

Off The Leash is the best doggy daycare around this area. My pup Bailey loves going there. Any time…read moreI mentioned to her that we go to school she gets really excited, she wiggles her tail and gives me a lot of kisses. Every person that works there is very professional and knowledgeable. Bailey is my first dog and they helped and gave me great advice any time I had questions. My puppy has a tendency to eat every toy and it was very important for me to find a safe place where she will be supervised when I have to work. In the past we had a very unfortunate incident in another doggy daycare where she ate a toy due to negligence of the staff. Off the Leash is super safe, they follow all the guidelines, have professional doggy furniture and no random toys that doggy can eat. The establishment is clean and impeccable. They also have a great program for dog training. We took a couple of their classes, like "Star Puppy" and "Loose leash walking". Bailey definitely learned a lot and became a better listener.  Thank you OTL!!! We love you
