It is just COMMON SENSE. Your pet suffers if you don't. We feel very lucky to be a regular customer and will be for years to come. We have just added another standard to our family and she starts there in the coming weeks. They genuinely ADORE the pets they take such good care of. Ask them if there is anything you can do in between appointments to make their appt with your pet easier. Grooming a dog is hard work, and they all work hard.

On this day, I arrived at 8:40 AM with my elderly, blind dog. The door was locked, and I could clearly see the owner inside washing another dog. I rang the bell and then stood outside in the rain waiting, assuming she couldn't hear me. When she finally looked up and saw me, I waved. She responded with a dismissive hand gesture through the glass. She then came to the door and told me I would have to reschedule because I was late. There was no acknowledgment that I had been standing outside waiting, and no consideration for the fact that I was there with an elderly, blind dog in the rain. I understand that businesses need policies and schedules. What I did not expect--after more than a decade of consistent, monthly patronage--was the complete lack of courtesy in how this was handled. If this is how long-time customers are treated over a 10-minute delay, I would recommend others keep that in mind when considering this groomer.
