I've called and texted with no avail, trying to get my dog on the waitlist, even after going through the new client registration. My voicemails and texts go unanswered. Even though this company is so highly rated, this concerns me and I'm not sure I would feel comfortable leaving my dog there now even if someone were to get me on the extremely long waitlist. This is a wonderful place for your puppy or full grown dog. Becoming a pet parent at 68 was a bit daunting, but the flexibility and willingness to accommodate my last minute changes has been great. My little Brie (Havanese) is the most living gift I have ever received and having a safe place to drop her off for play and socialization is great. They will even take your dog to their own home or will watch in your home if boarding is necessary and that's the best! Can't say enough good things about Cindy and her team. Highly recommend for boarding! We heard about them through other dog owners in our neighborhood. I was drawn to them because they offer crate-free boarding and my sweet dog gets very anxious when she boards. When I came to pick her up, I learned Cindy had taken her to her home during her stay because my dog was anxious and stressed. My dog was so calm when I brought her home, which isn't usually the case right after she boards. She clearly got a lot of love, and Cindy clearly loves dogs and keeps an eye out for dogs that might need a little extra love when they're away from home. We'll definitely be back! read more

My dog loves it here and they love my dog! I feel lucky to have this place nearby so my puppers can come socialize and blow off some mid-day steam running and playing here. Cindy took me on a nice tour before we started and it was amazing to see all the space the dogs have (multiple floors plus some outside runs), including some huge playrooms with nice padded floors. The overnight space is great for the dogs, done up with lots of doggie beds and hang outs and only crated if you request it. Everyone I've met on the staff is friendly and helpful too. Second time our family has used this company. As I picked up my parents dog today. A huge dog jumped over the gate twice and pounced on my parents 16lbs dog. My concern wasn't if the dog would bite but more weight of the 50+ lbs dog that seemed to not follow rules. When I mentioned my concern about the dog and my dog they got immediately defensive. I wanted to create an open line of communication and the staff immediately reacted in such a negative way and makes me concerned about how they run their organization. The one thing you worry about when you leave your dog at doggy day care is the emergency. What will they do if my dog needs medical attention immediately. Cindy and her team proved they are remarkable in every way. Beau, my standard poodle managed to eat some fabric probably a day or two before I brought him for an overnight. Dropped him off in the morning. At about 4:30 that afternoon I received a call from cindy concerned about a possible blockage. In case you are not aware blockages can be life threatening. This was. Cindy knew from the detailed forms I filled out when I enrolled beau that his vet was Angell in Jamaca Plain boston. She drove him there from natick. Stayed with him until 1:30 AM and kept in touch with me the whole evening letting me know Beau's progress. Angell kept him with huge potential prospects of surgery. Fortunately Angell found a non surgical solution and Beau is fine. Without cindy and her teams intervention my dog would have lost his life. There is no amount of thanks that can explain my gratitude. The relationship we have with our animals is extraordinary. I am lucky to have found a team of professionals that not only understands that relationship but will go out of their way to protect it. Thank you cindy and team. I have used We Dig Your Dog's services since the day they opened. I personally find it very hard to trust anyone with my dog so I did a lot of research before deciding to use them. To say the least, they are not only knowledgeable and professional, they basically turned into family. They loved my dog as I did. They always went above and beyond to make sure all the dogs were as safe and happy as possible. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be to run a doggy day care facility. Challenges are always going arise. Cindy and her team were always so great with solutions and staying on top of things. My dog would spend anywhere from 3-5 days a week there on a regular basis, as well as over nights when we were away. I love that there was always someone at the facility and they didn't leave the dogs alone overnight. Throughout the years, I've gotten to know them very well. I would recommend them to everyone. We moved into the area about 10 months ago and immediately began searching for dog-walking and daytime activities for our beloved dog Mabel. Sabine and Cindy made a point of stopping by the house to introduce themselves and meet Mabel and an immediate bond was formed.
