So you can imagine over the years... we have spent thousands at this place for her daycare, puppy training class, occasional grooming, and most recently also boarded her for our recent trip for a few days when we had no family/friends available. SCREENING - standard vaccines aside (rabies, kennel cough, distemper, etc) they also requires the Canine Influenza. Even with the kennel cough vax, Juneau managed to catch it 2x when she first started (of course always during the most inconvenient times). Most likely because during her puppyhood, she attended daycare 3-4x/week! Now that she's an adult she goes about 1x/week. They called me urgently to get her but I was in meetings all day. Since I lived nearby they actually dropped her off to stop the spread. There is always risk when exposing your dog to an environment with other dogs. Several instances when Juneau returned, she had goopy eyes so who knows what she got herself into. I'm not sure if they give dogs in the same group treats for "Birthday Parties", since she's come home with diarrhea a couple of times too. LOGISTICS - They are regimented and organized. Before booking, I'd recommend looking through their website thoroughly for costs/procedures. They've itemized a list of things that could incur extra fees (i.e. midday feeding). I've seen inside only when we took puppy classes with K9East, but they have a large facility for indoor/outdoor space. Every other month they seem to send an email update with a growing list of housekeeping reminders about how to drop off/pick up the dog. They seem to have different prices and minimums depending on the time of the year for boarding plus lots of add-ons that may interest you. COST - They market themselves as "luxury" so definitely not the most frugal option. They are reliable, provide good quality care and are the closest distance wise for us. You can prepay bulk packages to get 14% off 20, or 10% off 10 to save. They raised the price from $38 to $42/day since we joined at the beginning of 2022, which isn't too bad. However, the cost of overnight boarding increased drastically from $60 to $90/night for dogs 13+ lbs! This already feels like a mid-range hotel minus the taxes. I imagine if you have a large dog you'd need to shell out for the $105+/night options. Overnight boarding includes 1 day of daycare at full price $42, so if you just book 1 night it will be a minimum of ~$130. DAYCARE - they evaluate the dogs to determine what group(s) to place them in and whether they will be a good fit. When our Barkbuster's trainer called them up apparently Juneau is often very excited and needs to be walked around the premises before being allowed to enter the playgroup. For safety they remove all collars put them back on once you pick up the pup. It's a nice feature that the GingrApp website allows them to intake client info and make reservations. They also will attach a "Report Card" with 3-6 photos (rare occasion video) and 3 descriptors for their demeanor during the day. It is disappointing when 20~30% of the photos are super blurry. I know it's hard to photograph active dogs indoors on the go! They must be super organized to be able to identify lookalikes! BOARDING - you need to individually bag each portion of your dog's meal so the staff can easily feed the dogs or a fee of $5/day bulk food will be applied. Aside from the food packing and private 4'x6' suite, there isn't a discernable difference between what happens at daycare and boarding from the report card. They lump all the pics into one and there aren't different comments for the days that get pulled in. I imagine just the last daycare demeanor gets attached. I do wonder what is the calming music they play :) for the pups. GROOMING - Juneau's received a few baths due to our own laziness. I imagine they need to use a neutral scented shampoo. I didn't love the faint scent nor feel that value outweighed doing it ourselves. One of the times they did send her home with an adorable Christmas colored bandana! EXTRA - You can spoil your dog and add a "Birthday Party" package. I missed attaching it in 2021 due to some communication confusion. 2022, I added and it looks like she probably had fun! The staff took 20 additional photos inside, but sadly they were mostly blurry :( so won't be rebuying. I always look forward to the last week in October when they have the Howl-o-Ween festivities. The first year Juneau took part she got a fun chew toy prize so not sure if she didn't stand out in 2021. Overall a great place to trust your dog with a caring team!

I needed my American Bully puppy to be socialized, and Robin was MORE than happy to help. She also assured me that she had experience with the breed, and that she did not discriminate. When her and my Katana met, it was such a fun thing to watch as Katana showered her in kisses, and she gave her so much love back. Katana waits at the door every Mon-Thurs for Robin to come. She loves her group walks, and Robin does so well with her. Robin is very good at implementing any commands that we use at home, and/or are currently working on in her training. I appreciate her so much for her love and dedication to my beautiful girl! I love the updates, and the pictures. Robins Pet Squad is the way to go!

Robin recommended I have them do the one hour playgroup/walk because of their activity level. After the first week of a three day schedule, I increased them to four times a week. My dogs are so excited when the walkers get there, they leave my house with their tails wagging and come home the same way, only tired in addition to happy. The walkers have been very dependable and I feel very comfortable having them take my dogs out. Any questions I've ever had have been answered in a very timely fashion. After every walk I get feedback and pictures about how my boys behaved. I highly recommend Robin and her squad for your dog walking needs. You and your dog/dogs will be very happy with their excellent service.
