Called the store, the rep said she will call the groomer and call me back. 20 mins pass by- nothing. Called the store again and told her I've been expecting a call. - no apology no sense of urgency. She responded with "I will give your number to the groomer, he will call you to come in for a later time" What? I left my work early for this and came home. Again, no apology, no explanation.
