I work Thanksgiving week, I don't get a premium for it The prices have gone up, the service has gone down. Well be going elsewhere from now on.

Since Banfield was open, I had to enter through PetSmart, which is the only way to access the clinic. When I was leaving after my appointment, I briefly stopped to look at a dog collar that caught my attention. Immediately, an employee approached me in a very rude and aggressive manner and told me to leave because the store was closed. I explained that I was only there because my dog had a scheduled Banfield appointment and that I was already on my way out. I also told him there was no reason to be so rude. Instead of calming down, he continued to treat me with disrespect and hostility all the way to the exit. I have never felt so unwelcome and mistreated as a customer. Because of this experience, I will never spend another dollar at PetSmart. I am also considering switching my dog's veterinary plan so that I never have to return to a location where customers are treated so poorly. It is unacceptable for employees to speak to people this way, especially those who are simply attending a scheduled veterinary appointment. PetSmart should do a much better job training employees on basic customer service and respect.

I entrusted my dog's grooming to an employee named Henry, whom I believe misled me regarding his capabilities. When giving specific instructions, Henry admitted he wasn't a professional groomer, but assured me he could handle the job even though I offered to pay a cancellation fee. He said he didn't want his time wasted and was very persistent that my dog get groomed. He said he would prep my dog for the certified groomer who would be doing the trim at the end. Upon picking up my dog, I was shocked and upset to find that she had received a full haircut instead of the requested trim, which was completely unsuitable for her breed (a woolly husky). The cut penetrated her undercoat which allows her to regulate temperature in the summer. Henry, rather than taking responsibility, argued that I had requested a haircut which was "appropriate for a husky", which is untrue. Fortunately, the groomer, Karyn, who understood the situation apologized sincerely. Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered that my dog still had matting, had a very uneven haircut, was unexpectedly covered in oil (which was not the case when I dropped her off), and her feet were still dirty,--issues Henry had claimed he would address but did not. Following my initial concerns, I had a phone call with the owner of the Dirty Doodle, which further highlighted their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to accept responsibility for the poor service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this establishment, particularly for owners of long-haired dogs. It appears they may be better suited for grooming short-haired breeds. I had to get my dog groomed elsewhere same day.

Not sure how they get it done so quickly. Our dog's favorite part was running around and playing with all the other dogs who were waiting to get groomed lol. Our pup definitely loves the "cage-free" stay! The service was not cheap, but they did a really great job- no stray hairs for me to clean up once I brought her home. Within about five days, they had all died--along with two fish from my main display tank. I returned to Petco, but was informed they do not offer any guarantee. What's even more concerning is that the tank where I got these fish still contains around 20 fish that remain for sale. Anyone who buys from that tank risks introducing disease into their display system.

Second time going to this place and they were extremely rude. I asked for them to please not shave my dog because i want to keep him hair longer for winter.
