Second time going to this place and they were extremely rude. I didn't even get greeted when i came in to drop off my dog all i got was "who's this" and they took him in the back...didn't even ask what i wanted for a cut or any changes needed. I asked for them to please not shave my dog because i want to keep him hair longer for winter. Later i then called to ask how much longer he would be there because it was his 2nd time at this new place and i dropped him off at 10:30AM and it was now 2PM...they started raising their voice at me saying they need another 2-3 hours and I asked how come since he had already been there for so long. They continued to give me attitude and tell me they're busy and things change on a day to day basis (which i understand considering everywhere is like this due to Covid) but you NEVER should speak to someone like this. I told them i didn't appreciate their tone with me when all i asked was how much longer because being at the groomers is very stressful for dogs and he had already been there for over 3 hours probably in the crate. She then told me that they hadn't even started working on him yet... so finally i said just leave him don't start cutting him and I'll come pick him up and take my business elsewhere. When i get there there's another customer standing there and you guessed it..a complete change in attitude, greeting me and saying hi are you here to pick up so and so? I'm like yes...and i look at my dog and they SHAVED HIM!! And didn't even finish apparently because they told me they didn't even start on him yet? So they lied and decided to shave him....he's completely butchered. I took my dog and walked out. His hair is all uneven on his back in different lengths and they chopped his face all messy and half cut his little legs. Do not go to this place!! I'm never one to be a Karen but seriously I am mortified on how they spoke to me considering i am a young woman being 22 years old i was in utter shock how disrespectful they were especially in these crazy times kindness goes a long way and this place DEFINITELY isn't it. read more

My 50 lb double coated pup got the most beautiful cut here. Seriously, he was so handsome afterwards. The woman who did his cut is truly an artist. Unfortunately, the cut was $90! Pretty steep for a cut that will grow in after two months. It was good to try them out and support your local business, but I think I will try somewhere else next time. I just uploaded photos showing before and after his groom, as well as the picture we provided to them at drop-off. They did a horrible hack job, and when I called to complain, I was told that 'he didn't have enough hair for that cut.' (I've been using that cut/photo his whole life; a round face with tapered ears, it's never been a problem before.) read more

I have been taking my dogs to Kathy, the owner of Pets Reflection and the wonderful groomers that work for Kathy. Everyone is so personable, plays close attention to my current dogs anxiety with calmness and compassion. I have been a customer of Pet Reflection for 18 yrs. and got her name thru several neighbors and friends that highly recommended her and her staff of groomers. Each girl gives " Holly" lots of love when we come in. They know her personality well and always have something nice to say about her. Kathy is so knowledgeable about al the different breeds, mannerisms, diets, and problems with behavior. " Holly" is a rescue, I've had her 4&1/2 years. She had such extreme anxiety I didn't know what to do. I called the Vet, asked friends, a trainer, pet stores, nothing worked. When I explained the situation to Kathy she said" buy her a small Elk or prairies dog ear. If she gnaws on that, its a way to relive her anxiety, especially the separation anxiety Holly was having. It Worked!!!! Holly is a Beagle/Jack rescue: I bring her to Pets Reflection every 4-5 weeks. Honestly, when I pick her up, she looks like a brand new dog! Our shih-tzu is a regular at this groomer, I find they do an excellent job at providing a shave type cut, and are very thorough in the job done. Prices are in line with other groomers in the area. read more

This place is lucky you can't put no stars!! 2 days before my dog was do to get groomed they tell me they can't groom her after I waited almost 3 weeks for her appointment!! This is a disgrace of a dog grooming business for them to do this!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! read more

Kathy is great and I highly recommend A Pets Reflection. She has tons of experience and used to groom our Shih Tzu when I was a kid so when we got our Shih Tzu Rocky we brought him there. She does such an excellent job especially trimming his face, ears and tail and she genuinely loves all the dogs. read more

We have been a customer for over 7 years and we find Kathy and her staff to be an incredible groomers. They show tremendous patience with our standard schnauzer. As such, we travel over 1/2 an hour to get to her doggie salon and it is well worth it. read more

I'm not opposed for paying for services rendered, but today I paid $100 for my dog to be washed with Dawn dish soap, which costs around $3 at the grocery store, and dried. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because Noelle was really sweet to both me and my dog. I have a large 3 year old German Shepherd and I usually bathe, brush and clip his nails myself, but in the colder weather I'll send him for an appointment at A Pet's Reflection. I specifically started coming here on a friend's recommendation because she told me the owner has a lot of experience with GSDs, but after my experience today I will never go back. I will be the first to admit that my dog is high maintenance (he's a barker and a whiner when he's stressed/anxious) and would require some additional work from whomever is grooming him, so I thought the $100 I was charged the past two times was fair because they were washing, drying, brushing, and cutting my pup's nails. Today, less than a half hour after I dropped my dog off, I was called and told that my dog was acting more aggressive than usual and the girl who was supposed to work on him was a little nervous, so would I mind coming down and staying with him while he was groomed to try to keep him calm. They didn't specify what he was doing, so I rushed over expecting the worst and was relieved to find he hadn't actually tried to hurt anyone and was just barking aggressively in the crate, but I still felt horrible that he had made Noelle so nervous. Everything went fine after I got him out of the crate and Noelle started working on him. He still whined/cried and tried to escape, but he wasn't aggressive toward anyone and even let Noelle kiss his head. My dog was clearly super stressed, so we decided to just get him washed and dried and skip the brushing and nail clipping this appointment. Needless to say, I was shocked when I WAS STILL CHARGED $100!!!!! I am kicking myself for paying it and not arguing the charge while I was there. read more
