I stoped in there on day on a whim and JL the owner told me to bring them in and he would see what he could do. Well they have now been going every week for a couple hours and they love it. Not only was I unhappy with the haircut my dog received, but the customer service and lack of accountability afterward made the entire experience even worse. When I reached out to express my concerns, Lauren was combative, dismissive, and offered absolutely no solutions. When I asked about receiving a discount or refund due to my dissatisfaction, there was no effort to work with me or resolve the situation. Instead, I was met with silence. The conversation ultimately ended with me feeling as though she had essentially hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable customer service. To make matters worse, I contacted Fuzzy Pants through their website on Monday and still have not received a response or a phone call. Their website states that customers should allow at least 48 hours for a response, and that time has passed without anyone reaching out to address my concerns. Mistakes can happen, and not every customer will be satisfied with a service. However, how a business handles complaints says a lot about its professionalism and values. I was simply expecting my concerns to be acknowledged, treated respectfully, and addressed with a reasonable solution. I will no longer recommend Fuzzy Pants based on my experience. If you care about the quality of your dog's haircut and expect a business to take responsibility when something goes wrong, I would think twice before going here. I left unhappy with my dog's haircut and even more disappointed by the way I was treated. A business should never make a longtime, paying customer feel ignored, dismissed, or disrespected for speaking up about a service they were unhappy with. After approximately five years of using their services, I expected better. Fuzzy Pants had an opportunity to make this right, but so far, they have failed to do so.
