If you need a place to understand and accept your pet. This is it. Our pets first visit they got happy tail walking into the place. Tail started bleeding. They were so calm, addressed the situation beyond professionally and with in minutes the pup was at ease. Wow!! Just wow!! They also groomed the pups so wonderfully. Neither pup was exhausted after they got home either, meaning they weren't stressed while there. I Do not recommend, this place sucks. Groomers are abusive physically and mentally to the pets. For example; hitting the pets with grooming tools, swearing at them and being in their face aggressively. Owner justified their behavior by saying that groomers get frustrated sometimes. They are the best in Worcester. Hands down. I Brought my dog here for a couple years then switched groomers for a hot minute to avoid driving further to fuzzy pants and immediately regretted it. My dog is half Pomeranian half American Eskimo so he's furry and grooming mistakes are very obvious so as soon as his fur grew out a little I brought him back to fuzzy pants and they made him look like a beautiful little teddy bear again. I recently brought two small dogs to be groomed at Fuzzy Pants. I was searching frantically for a place to bring them because I offered to dog-sit them at the last minute and they were in desperate need of a good bath! Tara at Fuzzy Pants was able to squeeze both dogs in, even with very little notice. She gave them the works in terms of spa treatments (baths, nail clippings, ear and eye cleanings, teeth brushing-- the whole nine yards!) and they were done in about 3 hours. And the price was beyond reasonable. I would have given them five stars just for that, but they went totally above and beyond what they needed to. I couldn't make it to pick them up right away, so Tara offered to watch them until I was out of work. When I picked the dogs up they were SO happy and they looked at least a thousand times better. When I dropped them off earlier that morning, they were dirty, scruffy, matted, and had really dry skin under their fur, but when I picked them up, they were super soft and shiny. I don't know how she did it, but it was a total transformation! After grooming them (which, by the way, is the only service I requested and the only service I paid for), she had walked them, fed them, and brought them to play with her dogs all while I was at work. Other places would have charged a ridiculous amount of money for this, and she just did it out of kindness. When I picked them up, they were sooo well behaved, calm, and happy (which is rare for them, especially after being groomed!). These two doggies will definitely be returning to see Tara at Fuzzy Pants. It's clear that she is very good at what she does, and I love that she treats the dogs like they are her own. read more

This by far is my dogs favorite place to go (second would be Tractor Supply) The staff is extremely professional and the groomers are extremely patient. For example, my dogs NEVER allow me to trim their claws but here the groomers get them to do it with ease. It's always fun to see all the day care dogs having a great time. They will let my dogs play with the other dogs while I buy dog food and talk to JL. The turtle oasis is AWESOME!! Went in the store to check out their products and services today. You walk in and instantly see the dogs and the friendly staff who treat the dogs like family. They have awesome products and some good sales. The owner was so knowledgeable about dog food, he talked to me for a good half hour answering all my questions. They will always order a product for you if they don't have it in their store. We haven't sent our dog for daycare yet, but it seems like a great place. Like I said, the dogs are treated very well. There is always someone around watching them. They get the run of the store basically, and all the products are high off the ground so dogs can't get at them. My dog was welcomed instantly and they let him be off leash with the other dogs since they saw he was friendly and pretty calm. I love that this place is a one stop shop. They have food, toys, treats, grooming, and doggy day care. I'm excited to try their services! read more

My 10 month old puppy LOVES coming here! I have a super playful, high energy pup who just wants to play ALL DAY, but was having a hard time calming down her excitement around other dogs. I tried getting her into another daycare, prior to coming to Fuzzy Pants. The other place (WOOF) did not accept her into the group play. They thought her excitement could cause problems around the other dogs, so they required private training in order to try to get her to calm herself down. I spent probably $1K at this place on private training and private day-boarding, and at the end they still thought she could be too disruptive to the group play. Waste of Money. Not at Fuzzy Pants though!!! The owner, JL, and all the other staff, is so good with the dogs. He recognized her excitement but also was patient enough to give her a chance with the other dogs. (I mean, she's just a puppy! of course she is full of energy :) After the initial meet-n-greet (free) and one more 1-hour (free) play session to see how she did around the pack, she did great and was able to be in daycare all day ($25/day or buy a package of 15 and get 5 free). Ive noticed how calm she is now when we are on walks and come across other dogs. It's really pretty amazing how well she is doing. Money WELL SPENT and I love knowing that she is having a great time playing all day rather than being home, alone, bored while I am at work. Fuzzy Pants does not crate the dogs on and off throughout the day like the other local places do. My pup comes home tired, and everytime we go back to Fuzzy Pants she knows exactly where we are and literally pulls me out of the car and into the shop. I wish I could bring her here everyday! read more

Fuzzy pants is the best. I have two dogs, brothers from the same litter, and for the three years I've had them they have been so aggressive towards other dogs I never thought day care was possible. I stoped in there on day on a whim and JL the owner told me to bring them in and he would see what he could do. Well they have now been going every week for a couple hours and they love it. JL and the other staff did an awesome job safely socializing them and they treat them so well. I never thought I'd ever be able I see them playing with other dogs and having so much fun. I love this place. They are so friendly and helpful, accept exchanges on dog toys if my doggy don't like what I got for her and they are supportive of shelters. They have a lot of good toys for dogs that annihilate typical toys and quite the treat buffet. Brought my two dogs in for some grooming. My puppy for a nail trim. And my large golden for a full grooming. Lauren, the groomer, was wonderful to work with. Very accommodating, friendly. Golden looked fantastic and not stressed at all when I picked him up. I cannot rave enough about this store! The staff are all super nice & knowledgeable and they have a great selection of cat & dog items. I started going here because they sell Tiki Cat which I recently started giving my kitty because she loves it. It doesn't hurt that the store is right across the street from where I live either! But even if it wasn't I'd still travel to go here. It's fun going in on a Saturday and seeing all the pups that are there for daycare or grooming. And Sundays are quieter days where the resident cat will come say hi (if you can't see him, look up at the kitty walks). Prices are reasonable and the selection is great. Fuzzy Pants, JL (the owner) and staff are great! JL is extremely accommodating and is willing to work with various schedules to get our dog, Tanner to day care! I can't decide if Tanner 100% loves the place (she's definitely more of a people person) but every time we pick her up, she's sitting on a chair being absolutely adored by the staff! Another plus is that the daycare is actually apart of the dog store, so there are no hidden kennels, and the dogs are with someone at all times! They post pictures on their Facebook, and have doggy birthday parties with treats! The 2 times I had him groomed before this (2 different places) they didn't cut the hair on his feet, so they didn't bother to cut his nails - I specifically asked for both from both places. I just moved into the area and being a pet owner, just happened across this somewhat hidden place the other day. It was a delight seeing all the nice dogs they had there that they were boarding. The staff was very friendly, and we got to interact with some of the dogs which was an experience in itself! I have cats so picked out a couple of cans of high-end wet food try. My two elderly cats absolutely loved the two cans I tried, by the way. The prices were what you would expect for high-quality, premium cat food with no fillers and healthy ingredients. But before I had a chance to leave, I met the owner and he ended up giving me a bunch of free samples of dry food and treats and was just the coolest, nicest person. I love little local places like this and I will be back again for more great food and to support this wonderful, local business (and to visit and pat the dogs, which was an unexpected treat). Oh, they also sell food produced locally from the surrounding town of Natick, which was an added benefit because I like to support local businesses when I can. read more

This is, by far, the best pet store around. The staff is knowledgeable about nutrition and addressing the needs of your pets, and their prices are bar none!! The groomers do a wonderful job at a reasonable price, their daycare facilities are superb with lots of interaction between the employees and the dogs - what a fun place. Fuzzy Pants was amazing to not only my dog but to me as well. Keira (spelling?) was really nice up at the front and I was greeted by lots of adorable pups. I had called the day before pretty frantic to get my pup groomed. Rachel was extremely accommodating and even went over pricing and her options and add-ons. She was able to kindly get me in the next day for an appointment. The prices were very reasonable for a full bath, nail trim, teeth brushing, de-shedding, and ear cleaning. Rachel was understanding of my needs and concerns. I am also very anxious to leave my dog with anyone but my fears were subsided when I returned and saw how clean my dog was. My dog smelled fantastic and was REALLY clean, I have been to places before where I have picked her up and she has a film from not rinsing well. Keira helped show me great bones for my dog and spent significant time talking to me about different options and why. I am a new dog owner so she was helpful. The Fuzzy Pants Pet Stop is so absolutely remarkable that they have brought me to write my very first yelp review. As I pulled into their parking lot (which is great, because parking is hard to come by on Shrewsbury Street) my one-year-old baby of course had just dozed off in her carseat. Any parent knows that if a baby falls asleep, you do NOT wake them for anything. I was just about to leave empty handed, when one of the friendly employees (or maybe the owner?) came outside to help another customer. I asked him if he wouldn't mind grabbing my bag of dog food, and he seemed thrilled to help me. He brought the food out, then went back inside to run my credit card, and it was delivered back to me very quickly. Drive up service is probably not typical for this small business, but I was just so very impressed with their flexibility and friendly willingness to help me out. I will continue to go back for all of my pet needs, and I will encourage all of my family and friends to do so as well. read more
