    Canceled appointment twice and never called to reschedule. Now my dog needs to wait that much longer for a grooming with a new groomer.

    Please note that I did not have my dog groomed here, my rating and review is to provide feedback…read moreregarding my experience with the business. I called on a Friday and left a message to inquire about having my 30 lb Icelandic Sheepdog groomed. I received a text message from Lucas on Sunday following up. When I told him the size and breed of my dog, he replied that they cannot currently accommodate new customers with longer-haired breeds, as the groomers are booked months in advance and they can't keep up with demand. Lucas was professional and apologetic and for that I'm appreciative. Being in a position to turn away customers and income is a good problem to have for any business, and I hope that they continue to see high demand for their services. However, from the customer perspective, the reality is that I called a business requesting a service, and I was turned away. Unless you're a nightclub, that type of treatment, as necessary as it may seem in the short-term, doesn't bode well for long-term success. I still have a dog that needs to get groomed, and I'll have to take my business elsewhere. In doing so, I'll likely recount the experience of being turned away to other dog owners, and as any business owner knows, word-of-mouth is crucial to success. For the future, I'd recommend the team take a different course of action than to simply turn people away- rather, advise on the lengthy wait time, offer to make an appointment, no matter how far out, and offer to call if cancellations arise. I would have greatly appreciated that courtesy and felt as if they really wanted to earn my business. Instead, I was left feeling shut out and as though this business couldn't be bothered to accept my money. At the end of the day, simply saying "sorry, can't do it" to a customer, no matter how necessary it may feel and how politely you deliver the message, will always leave a bad taste in their mouth. They'll tell others about that bad taste, and they'll likely never return.

    Bubbly Pup did such wonderful work with our beautiful girl, Luna! She smelled, looked, and felt…read moregorgeous... She was running around like a model when she got home! Luna had a great time during her visit. It was her first time to the groomer at just under 7 months old; her undercoat is still developing and her overcoat is only just starting to come in. We learned that it was the first Belgian Tervuren that Bubbly Pup has groomed, and it was evident they really did their homework and studied her breed for a perfect approach to her grooming. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be back. I also appreciate the convenience of text messaging in addition to phoning for appointments and updates.

    Great Customer Service! I use PetSmart for most of my pet…read moreneeds including salon services. I dropped my two dogs (Niko & Cruz)off for a 7:30am bath & nail trim appointment with Danielle. She did a great job with both dogs, even though Cruz can be a challenge with his nails being trimmed (he hates it). When I checked out, I presented a $5 discount provided by Yelp after I did a 'Check In'. The cashier 'Sally' mentioned PetSmart does not accept Yelp coupons. However, she had an extra 50% off coupon for salon services which she used. The discount was $13.50.

You'd think when you book an appointment, show up on time that they would put your dog on the table and start with the nail trim and wash. No as I walked out the door almost closed behind me I hear "put her in the cage" So Instead of leaving I waited knowing I was going to get a phone call. Not 5 minutes later "could you come pick her up" hmm I wonder why? I said not to put her in a cage, but that was flown over their heads because they do not care. I highly recommend you take your dog somewhere else because this place is a joke. I typically use a mobile groomer but he was unavailable, I thought this would have been a quick easy service but was not. Hire people that are capable of their jobs. I've never booked an appointment to get my hair cut where I had to go wait in a cage. I'm sat down right away because I booked the hair dresser for a specific time like I did for my dog. Do better!!! And no where on your website says that they go in cages.
