Found this place after getting a puppy. They are local and ready to help with many options and services.

This pet store is your one stop place to go for your pet! Not only is this place one of the best stocked shops for anything any pet would want or need, it's a place that you feel right at home as soon as you enter. The staff is friendly, beyond helpful and know their stuff. The grooming is second to none! Nicole turned my scruffy yucky guy into a show dog! He usually is impossible to get his nails clipped. Nicole knew how to "woo" him into submission! MIRACLES do happen! BTW, they have a pet dessert case in the front of the store that looks sooo tempting to me. Take the cannoli's... read more

I stopped in today for my first time and would love to give a better review as I prefer independent pet stores VS the big chains. Unfortunately this isn't the place for me. The two young women in the store didn't great us until we were just about ready to cash out. Although they were only cleaning and right near us the whole time. I mainly went in to look for small animal food, treats & toys and was disappointed in the tiny area it was located in. Walmart has more choices than this pet store which should be named a dog & cat store than pet supply. I will say if you need cat or dog choices this was well stocked with quality foods and treats. The store was also well maintained and orderly read more

They have been able to accommodate Me and my fury family every time we have needed nails trimmed. great selection of supplies.

I stopped in on the recommendation of a friend. I have a new puppy and following the footsteps of my previous pup ,she is a fussy eater. I found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. I found a food the likes, and top shelf treats, raw, frozen and other wholistic foods for your furry family members! I have been a customer since( heading there today in fact for goats milk and her favorite frozen chicken necks)! she loves them! There is a very large selection of food ,in all forms, and she can special order in items too! Her prices are good, selection is great! Definitely check it out . read more

I have always had nothing but good experience with the staff. They are constantly doing research on the products they sell. I highly recommend them, for cat, dog, and bunny food. They also are very willing to recommend another store, which might carry a product that they don't. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Renelle read more

I wasn't too excited by the arrival of this new shop (which apparently was just a move from Oxford to Webster) because at the time I was the owner of 3 boy degus and the only places I had ever been able to find supplies for them had been the big box pet stores. So I never went. Then my boyfriend and I got a puppy. On the way home from an adventure we thought we'd stop in with him. Fortunately it's a dog friendly store! The owner was training her teenage daughter how to run the register which gave me that warm fuzzy local small business feeling that I love. It's a small store but they're packed to the ceiling with supplies for dogs, cats and much to my supplies a little corner dedicated to small animals as well. The owner was just so nice and they loved our puppy and gave him treats and us a new customer treat bag with more goodies for him. They've got a discount/punch loyalty thing and someone who comes in and does nail clippings for a very reasonable price a few times a week, we haven't been for nail clippings but we are excited to now that pup has his rabies vaccine! Great selection from everything I saw. Unfortunately they have pretty typical small business hours making it hard for us to get there during the week cause of work schedules but we'll definitely be stopping in on the weekends! read more

Cute little pet shop that has a lot of variety. They also trim nails. We brought my moms dog there who is very skiddish when people touch her paws. They made her comfortable with them instead of just holding her and trimming the nails. She left a very happy dog and has loved going back :). read more

I have been shopping here for years, I can't say enough about Yolanda. Everytime I have a health issue with my dog she knows what I should feed him. My dog was diagnosed with Colitis and was given a strict diet. The diet didn't work and he continued with symptoms. I brought him to the store and Yolanda spent some time with him and put him on a diet of dry kibble and some freeze dried raw.. He has been symptom free for a year.. Her knowledge and customer service is the best around. The prices for a small shop are the same or better then the larger box stores. Great pet store. read more

I first went in to PT for some shampoo and a nice brush for my old English bulldog. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman and noticed the awesome dog treats next to the counter. She gave me really great product suggestions and recommended a shampoo that made my dogs coat shine and smell terrific. I was on a budget that day and my guy needed some tlc after rolling around outside a little too carelessly. The store seems small at first but has such a nice selection of just about anything one could need.. I had to go back and take a better look at the cute dog treats. I bought two (added the pictures) and brought them home eagerly awaiting the perked ears and slobber from a certain lucky dog - neither of us were disappointed. Can't wait to go back and get more! read more

I just love this P T Pet Supply. I have 2 cats, that require near zero maintenance as they are indoor only cats. I got my first drink well from P T Pet Supply, and subsequent water filters ever since. The friendly staff make it a joy to go in anytime. Yolanda and staff are terrific every time I have ever had questions about my cats. Thank You P T Pet Supply! I highly recommend you! read more

I just moved to the area (Dudley MA) and now have 3 dogs one being a 6 month old puppy. I usually take them to Petsmart to have their nails cut. It also usually takes 3 groomers to cut the front nails because they like to pull their legs and do not like them touched, so someone has to distract them by petting them and "hugging" them. It's usually chaos. We packed them up in the car today and was on our way to Petsmart to have them done when I decided to detour and try P T Pet Supply instead since it's closer to where we live. It was so much easier and less stressful and my dogs were so behaved it took 1 groomer about 2 minutes to do each dog. They were different dogs here then they are at Petsmart. I LOVE this place. We will only go to P T Pet Supply from now on. I am so relieved to have found this place. :) read more

No reason to go anywhere else. Truly fantastic staff. Great prices, products, and service. Even better...it's a small privately owned business and not a retain chain with inexperienced or less knowledgeable staff. read more

The ONLY place I go for my dog supplies. I have two little ones and they love it here. They sell the best Holistic and grain free brands and don't jack up the prices like other pet stores. I used to have to travel an hour to RI to get good products, and I love being able to now support local business. The ladies are always knowledgeable and don't push you into buying anything. Instead, they make the best recommendations regardless of the price (I.E. some pet stores I've been to tried to sell me something less effective because it had a higher price tag.) Every issue I've had with my pet get's resolved by something natural and healthy in the store. You can bring you dog in and have them fawned over by the wonderful staff, and they'll even fit the dog for a harness, no matter how big or small. read more
