They were so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My golden got a bath and came out smelling soooo good and looking so happy. They really took their time to make sure he felt safe and comfortable, which means a lot since he's not used to being groomed. They also trimmed my hound's nails (which is no small job), and after meeting him and seeing how he did, they're even going to give him a full bath next week! That kind of patience and care is rare. I stopped her to ask whether it would be better to get a female and a male together or two guinea pigs of the same sex. Without stopping, she replied that it was better to keep guinea pigs of the same sex and continued walking away. She then said, "Call me when you're ready." I was disappointed by the lack of engagement and customer care. As first-time guinea pig owners, we were hoping for guidance and an opportunity to ask questions. Instead, we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. A little patience and willingness to help would have made a huge difference in our experience.
