They were so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My golden got a bath and came out smelling soooo good and looking so happy. They really took their time to make sure he felt safe and comfortable, which means a lot since he's not used to being groomed. They also trimmed my hound's nails (which is no small job), and after meeting him and seeing how he did, they're even going to give him a full bath next week! That kind of patience and care is rare.
