Reason for 1 Star Review: Extreme frustration when contacting Lifesafer for assistance. How can I…read moreavoid the 60-120 minute hold to reach a Lifesafer agent? The repetition during the 60-120 minutes with the background announcements can be annoying. Also: I've followed-up a handful of times to get reimbursed by LifeSafer for the following: 1) $400.00 for battery replacement (paid 9/25/24 to Burton's Collision) 2) $156.00 for tow invoice (paid 11/21/24 to D&R Fleet). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Email sent 1/28/2025 to LifeSafer: "Good morning Jennifer, I hope you're doing well. The reason I sent you an email on 11/20/2024 (while on the phone with you at D&R Fleet) was to document the conversation. During our conversation, you advised to have D&R Fleet bill their labor to SCS. (I don't know what SCS stands for. I didn't question it. I just took your advice.) The following two emails were sent while on the phone with you at D&R Fleet: Per my 11/20/2024 email, "Please reply to confirm that D&R's Fleet should send their labor invoice for 11/20/24 to your SCS dept. Matt and Cassie are copied on this email. They are assisting me with troubleshooting the device installation and relay completed by Burton's Collision." (see email trail below) Per your 11/20/2024 reply, "Hello - Yes D&R Fleet should contact the SCS department in regards to any labor charges for the interlock exchange or fixing any issues with the install that was done by Burton's Collision." In a phone conversation that followed, you advised me to submit my Burton's $400.00 battery replacement invoice for reimbursement. I've also submitted my $156.00 tow invoice for reimbursement. From my perspective, accounting disregards the email trails and doesn't value me as a customer. Perhaps they will value your input. Please step in and assist with this. If you have switched departments, let me know. Thanks!" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Email sent 1/24/2025 to LifeSafer: "Lyn at LifeSafer contacted me to provide an update. The update is that my request was denied by accounting. She mentioned to email accounting at client.services@scramsystems.com. To recap: 1) On 9/25/24, a device re-installation/relay was completed by Burton's Collision and Burton's replaced my battery. ($400 battery was paid by me on 9/25/24.) 2) On 11/19/24, I called and emailed LifeSafer to report problems that I had been having with the device asking me to blow numerous times in a row and often. 3) On 11/20/24, Matt at D&R Fleet swapped out the handheld device and said, "Hopefully, this will help. Let's see if this works. If not, it could be the device installation and relay. When you leave it could happen again. Let us know and we can look into it further." 4) On 11/20/24, on my way to work for my evening shift, my car lost power. I emailed Jennifer at LifeSafer twice from my car. About an hour later, it was towed to D&R Fleet. ($156 tow was paid by me on 11/21/24 to D&R Fleet.) 5) On 11/21/24, D&R Fleet un-installed and re-installed the device installation/relay. I called D&R today to speak with Matt, the mechanic, who assisted me on 11/20/24 and 11/21/24. Kelli said he is working on a car. She also said that I was warned on 11/20/24 that this could happen again. I asked to speak with Matt since Kelli was not working there on 11/20/24. " -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Matt performed the 11/21/2024 device re-installation/relay and Jennifer approved billing the labor to SCS. Once it was diagnosed ("bad hook-up") and corrected on 11/21/2024, my vehicle no longer required me to blow numerous times in a row and often.

I finally reached support via chat, but they couldn't send a mobile technician, forcing me to tow my car at my expense. The service at the installation center in Denver was poor, and I've been unable to drive for days. I'm uninstalling LifeSafer and switching to Intoxalock. This has been beyond a frustrating experience. They lie and deceive. Please be fore warned.

Every time I…read morewent there, they'd have these awful water stains on my chairs; but they always stated that was normal. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again.
