Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Great problem solvers!
