They're the most unprofessional company to have to deal with understandably so if you have to get an Ignition interlock you haven't done things exactly right but you still have rights as a human being and to be treated like one when you have to call in and talk to their staff majority of them are extremely rude there is 1 lady who has A5050 on whether or not she is nice They try to say that they're there to help you complete the program they're not I truly feel like it doesn't matter what you do if they feel like hitting a button your Box is going to test positive I'm when you try to call the tell them that the device is faulty they blame it on you and make you feel like you're a pos or doing something wrong I literally had one month where they have gotten me in an excess of over $500 directly accessed from my bank account which I was informed was the only way to set up for payment There is multiple times that they access my account on funds that were not there I actually had to change the way my bank was set up to allow for overdraft fees to make sure that it would go through for them Never would they wave a fee that was false or not my fault and in the end when it came time to have the device removed they were extraordinarily difficult then I would go with any other Ignition enter lock if you're in the unfortunate circumstances where you have to obtain one and put it in your car read more
