I used to go to Detail Lex to have the inside of my car done that included shampooing. Every time I went there, they'd have these awful water stains on my chairs; but they always stated that was normal. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again. read more

I came here for my appointment to get my moms present which was a remote starter. Only to have sat and waited in the waiting area for the next 3.5 hours for no good reason. I was told it would take up to a couple of hours to do the install, so I came prepared with magazines and other literature to keep myself occupied. 3.5 hours later....Then the mechanic comes out and tells me that the car being so new (2016 Toyota Camry) may have had some type of programming installed that won't allow the remote starter to register to the system. Okay, so couldn't this have been checked within the first hour so that I could've went elsewhere? I wasted so much time not working, as I took the day off to do this, but also it's in Georgetown which was an hour wasted in my roundtrip. This company installed my remote starter (brand: Excalibur) which I'm somewhat satisfied with it. There's issues with it opening the trunk and not always starting when I need it most. (Think winter snowstorm or down pours) Overall, the rating reflects the time management of this place, and lack of keeping their customers informed about their vehicle especially when said customer is inside waiting. Also, it doesn't help that, while I was waiting, another customer came in and complained about the tint that they installed on his windows didn't match up. And this is his third visit as well as his frustration with getting a ride to this location and missing out on work. From now on, I'll just take my remote starter issues to Best Buy. read more

I am extremely particular about my auto care. I had moved back to the Georgetown area and was living temporarily with a family member. I didn't have the means to do my usual self car washes so I started looking around. I contacted KK Auto Detailing and even expressed my concerns regarding my trust in other companies. They guaranteed that they would do the job correctly. This was back in late 2017. I took in my 2017 GTI for an exterior detail and I was extremely happy with how it looked. I continued using their services since they are so accommodating and polite. I've referred 2 different people to them, and they have both been extremely impressed. I have taken both of my vehicles to KK on multiple occasions for both cleaning AND tinting. I truly have NO complaints about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I brought my 2019 double cab tundra in for interior detail. I explained that the seats were my main concern. The fabric seems to leave a stain every time you get them wet. They were very accommodating to get me In Quick and get it done. Price was $225 with tax $238. Seemed high to me but I haven't had this service since covid and was in a crunch. When I came to pick it up first thing I look at are the seats. There are still stains on the seats. When I ask about them they tell me they will go over it again. I wait around for 45 minutes or so while he's working on it. He brings it out and it actually looked better. I told him it looks better. He was literally pissed off at me. I just needed my seats to be clean I didn't need anyones shitty attitude because they didn't get it right the first time. I know things like that happen. Just lose the attitude and fix it if it's not right. Sorry but I'll not be returning again. Hopefully you will get the message and not treat others that way. read more

I have been traveling all across the country for the past few weeks. Most people would be surprised how extremely difficult it is to find an auto detailing place worth the money and willing to take you on immediately even throughout the country. I found other places in major cities I was traveling to, but they wanted to require me to schedule and wait a few days. This place was very responsive, immediately scheduled me in, and most of all, the detail job that they did on the interior of my car was premium quality. I had the dirtiest car you've ever seen, and was considering getting rid of the car all together because of my severe allergies to the dust. The car looked brand new when I got it back. I was in contact with one of the owners, and she had extremely good customer service, went out-of-the-way to get me a coffee, etc. I highly recommend and I'll be recommending KK auto detailing to anyone in need of a really good detail even if they are are a couple states away, it's worth the drive. read more
