I had gone for a car wash, one time, and then was signed up for a monthly subscription for their highest package the following months afterwards, without my knowledge. I never was comity told the circumstances nor did I sign paperwork. I did not catch the transactions until months later, after hundreds had been lost to this company. The manager was kind and understanding, but ultimately did nothing and I received no credit back. He claimed it was under new ownership, and was not sure how they did subscriptions prior. Extremely disappointing, and I would recommend you know exactly what you are paying for even if you believe it to be a one time car wash. I will never give them my business again. read more

Car wash is pretty decent. I would give 3-4 stars. Doesn't remove all dirt, bugs, debris build up. You have to maintain your car and not just take it to the car wash a few times a year. This is not a deep cleaning option. I'm not a big fan of the microfiber slapping the car. I much prefer a touchless car washes. I noticed the driver side spinning microfiber cleans the driver side well but the passenger side is too far out and does not clean the passenger side of the vehicle. The Wheel deal is $22. They hand dry your vehicle and put tire shine on. It's cheaper to do the monthly plan. Free vacuums, work well. I usually just wash my vehicle at home, not paying $22 again. read more

I had to take a business car here to get washed because the employer direct bills this location. I have to state that it was a unique experience. There are individuals who actually wipe your car down and vacuum it out. It is kind of like a car wash before it became full automated like at a Shell gas station or those other self serve car washes where one can just vacuum out your car yourself. It is great that a business is willing to employ people once again like the old days (coming from a millennial). The process for anyone that has not been. One leaves their vehicle near the vacuums and then they get a receipt from one of the individuals working there. You will then go inside, hand the receipt, and then pay for it. The entire inside is like a touristy/automotive store. It is weird. For someone new to this place, like myself; I thought I was actually in a whole another business. One of the individuals will come inside once your vehicle is ready. They will have cones where they want you to exit. Do not worry! One is supposed to drive in between the cones to exit. I had to ask if they had it blocked off and what alternative exit I was supposed to use. read more

Following a 6.5 hour drive to Lexington, our vehicle was in desperate need of a major scrubbing! Having left Memphis in the darkness of the early morning hours (5am), our SUV had encountered many insects which splattered all over our windshield and front grill. Driving around to the wash itself, the next attendant folded in our mirrors after spraying down the front of our SUV. He also taped down our rear wiper blade before our vehicle went thru the automatic wash. While the ride thru wash did not take too long, we were pleased with the amazing job it did! No bugs left on our vehicle anywhere! They also hand dry your vehicle when it comes out of the wash! When I got it back, for $54 it looked really good but the next day I realized there was food containers under my seats they didn't get and there were spots of food/drink/dirt/whatever that hadn't been cleaned. Today I went cheap with the $10 exterior express + towel dry. I specifically asked if that included the top of the car since they always miss it. Was assured that it would be done. I got my car washed at Clean Sweep today. All the guys I talked to really helped me figure out what my car needed. I have really light tan interior that needed cleaned, so I got the seats cleaned and the interior. I thought it was a little pricey but they worked on my car for almost an hour (I watched). I was very happy with my car at the end. Compared to the other places I have been in Lexington I paid a little more but I am more satisfied with the results. I liked that I was able to inspect the car before I left and they told me if I was unhappy with anything to bring it back and they'll do a touch up! Also, super cute store inside. I went to Clean Sweep Carwash on Richmond Road. I asked for The Super Works to get the inside cleaned as well as the outside. As I was driving away, I not6that there was still popcorn in the console cup holders. I went back. The worker said that the console wasn't included in inside cleaning. WHAT??? Does that make sense to anyone? After complaining that that was stupid but it wasn't his fault and offering to pay more to get it done, the worker did vacuum out the popcorn and wiped it off.(Not using any clesnser)cleanser. The worker was very nice and went above and beyond since they "don't do consoles" but that is a stupid policy. Also, they used dirty cloths to clean the inside of my car windows. They are streaked and much much worse now than before they touched them. I barely had time to sit down before my car was ready. I paid for the super works car wash and the super interior $49. It's a van so it's a $5 fee and I also got the F/S Lava Wax. So I spent a total of $59 (came with a free scent filter). I came here bc I was in the area and I didn't read the past reviews until after I paid for my ticket. So then I became curious as to what my car would look like after they cleaned it. I didn't take a before picture bc I was too embarrassed but I have to say, I have a more positive review about this place. I took into the account that I did not pay for a very detailed cleaning and they did a great job for what I paid for; I can see my carpet! My kids have a bad habit of spilling food and drinks and they pretty much cleaned all of that up. The outside of my car looks great as well as my tires. I'm not very big on car washes but I think I will come here again. The inside of the car wash had a cute little store and I enjoyed looking through the trinkets they sold to keep me entertained while waiting. I gave a tip to the workers that wiped and vacuumed my car bc it was hot outside and they deserve it just for being out there working in this heat. I'm glad I had a more positive experience here and I've learned that sometimes, you have to try out a place regardless of bad reviews and form your own experience and opinion on it. The carpets dash, vents and seat were all very clean. So I go here every few days for a regular interior and wash and I always have to point out stuff that they missed. Spent $137.00 for a wash and interior detail - also carpet shampoo. Clean Sweep personnel did not attempt to remove the more stubborn stains on carpet- I removed them easily myself with Resolve. They did not touch the door jams and the outside had grooves with dirt still embebbed. Never again. read more

I always save up Facebook and Instagram checking so I have something to do while I wait. Granted I can be impatient waiting but compared to another car wash in town this place can take forever. The interior of my car was terrible after paying to have my car cleaned. I attached a pic. The exterior had to be redone there was so much dirt still left as well as streaks. I've been coming to clean sweep for years and love the store and people but sometthing changed in the last year or so. My car is never cleaned like they used to. Sadly this is my last trip here.
